Such an important reminder.. the whole thread is great, but this last tweet captures the most important part of the message! Focus on the team and how you work before all else!
Yes!!! MORE of this please, @yeg @CityofEdmonton !! Imagine the possibilities beyond parties - saw a similarly awesome venue in the Netherlands recently... Werkspoor Cathedral @WSKathedraal hosts great festivals, events, conferences in a fantastic recovered industrial building.
What would the Rossdale power plant be like as a party venue? #SUCanSummit After Dark party gives us a look inside....
Yasss! #yyc is at my core, and #yeg is where I've chosen to make my home.. but above all, I'm #Albertan and #Canadian.. and I happily cheer for teams that represent all of us. #GoFlamesGo
Nice to see that there is some humanity and humility left in Alberta afterall.. #abpoli We can do so much better when we are respectful, regardless of our differences. #abvote
I believe that we should always have the opportunity to make things right. I am grateful that Steve has taken in first step in acknowledging that we can do better and it's time to build our community together. We are all Albertans.

This is pretty much the only way I've lasted so long... Chocolate, treats, and fun. #management #winning

Line of the day at #policommpoli : "Risk free policy innovation is like calorie free poutine."
LOVED this analogy - policy is like jazz, not classical - many voices in multiple conversations - evolving and shifting by building on each other without a written score or script. #policomm

Absolutely - it's not about centralization OR decentralization... it's about agility - seeking out, and operating with, evolving resources to meet the needs of the project at any given point in its development and delivery. #policomm
@Clerk_GC Tips to navigate hierarchy for public servants: understand roles and responsibilities and bring people around the table. We need agile structures to manage people, resources and responsibilities. Unfortunately many managers are risk avoiders. #PoliComm
TRUTH! Grateful for colleagues who have helped me see my transferable skills and given me encouragement to explore new paths, often within my existing role. THIS is a critical competency for managers to have to ensure the success of their staff. #policomm
Public servants are happy to give risky advice for policy but very risk adverse in our own careers @Clerk_GC . Truth. Reflecting on my own journey, happy I took the risk to join @DigiAcademyCAN and be given the space to shape my role, but it isn’t always easy #PoliComm
