An amazing devotional at @BYUSpeeches. I have a testimony that our Lord stands with us in the fire and true Christ-like charity is standing with others in their fires. “Presence in the Refiner’s Fire” | Rebekka Matheson | October 2026 youtu.be/ejeS-nrkBsc?is=gW4a… @Ch_JesusChrist #ldsx #lds
We all love a great story. How about @brockpurdy13? Drafted with the last pick of the @NFLDraft, titled “Mr. Irrelevant”, and now he is rated one of the best QBs of all time? I don’t know him, but he seems like a smart, hard-working, faithful young man. Even though I am not a @49ers fan, I respect their organization and I admire Brock for what he has accomplished. God bless him. An amazing accomplishment! #faith #overcomingtheodds br.app.link/5xRSHd1co7b

KALANI SITAKE BEARS HIS TESTIMONY FOR MILLIONS TO SEE ON @CollegeGameDay

“Well, I think it goes back to LaVell Edwards, and I'd be a fool if I didn't do it the way he did it, he's BYU. He's the father of BYU football. He helped change the game, and he did it with a lot of humility and grace, and he did it with a lot of faith. And so, we are a faith-based institution, and we represent the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, and it just shows, that shows that the gospel of Jesus Christ works in many things, works in business, works at home, definitely works in football, and we're making it happen.” -@kalanifsitake #BYUFOOTBALL 🤙🏾
BREAKING: The BYU School of Medicine has received preliminary accreditation from the Liaison Committee on Medical Education (LCME), authorizing the school to recruit and admit students and launch its MD program.
@byumedschool will welcome its first students in July 2027 and will begin accepting applications in the coming weeks following activation of its listing on the American Medical College Application Service (AMCAS).
The BYU Board of Trustees has also approved plans for the school's future home, a 275,000-square-foot building on BYU's West Campus, just east of Intermountain Health's Utah Valley Hospital—the School of Medicine’s primary clinical affiliate. Construction is expected to begin in 2027.

This speech by @SecRubio is one of the best political speeches I have heard in years. Eloquent. Intelligent. Persuasive. youtu.be/4_R6ASsy35g?is=4rAg…
I love Sister Tania Runia. Her talk was amazing. “Our suffering means something. It’s not a detour from the path; it gives purpose to our path.” So many times people think that suffering is solely their fault. We had the privilege to meet her in person earlier this year when she was here in FL training youth leaders. She is a wonderful leader and teacher. I am so grateful for her time and sacrifice as she travels the world. #faith #pottersclay #generalconference @Ch_JesusChrist youtu.be/WoEEIwMmITY?is=M9fY…
Such a wonderful talk about “divine appointments” scheduled by a loving God who places people in our path that we can love, encourage and serve as He would. General YM President Timothy Farnes | #GeneralConference @Ch_JesusChrist youtu.be/Gh8xnmsiCuE?is=v5r3…

This morning at General Conference, President Eyring was helped from his wheelchair to his chair — and refused to sit.
He stood and waited until President Oaks sat first.
He had every reason to take the seat. He chose respect for the man and the calling instead.
That hit me hard. What can I do to show respect? I can do that by following President Oaks’s counsel.

Thank you Elder Fantone for your devotional message. I can certainly testify that Jesus Christ is on our side in every battle we face - and because of Him, victory is already secured. I have a personal testimony of this. Many years ago, I was first counselor to a district president in the eastern United States. More than once, as we were driving to our little branches, he said to me, “Hal, when you meet someone, treat them as if they were in serious trouble, and you will be right more than half the time.”
The Lord has opportunities near you to feel and to share His love. You can pray with confidence for the Lord to lead you to love someone for Him.
As you do so, you will feel the love of God for you and for the person you serve for Him. When you help others in their troubles, your own will seem lighter and your faith and hope will be strengthened.

"Perfect love casteth out fear." This message reminds us of the power of faith, service, and sacrifice in fostering unity in The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Through ministering in our communities, serving side by side, and answering the Lord’s call, we feel His love in our hearts and homes. "When we let Him, Jesus Christ helps us speak His love here." —Elder @GerritWGong (General Conference Oct. 2023) @Ch_JesusChrist churchofjesuschrist.org/medi…
6 years ago as I was going through a very rough patch in life, this song from Zach Williams & Dolly Parton “There Was Jesus” (Official Music Video) was my “go to” as I was on my knees multiple times a day. It is still one of my favorites today. I know that Dolly was welcomed home to Heaven by a loving Savior and I am grateful for her music and faith. youtu.be/37wV6D49iEY?is=67GD… #DollyParton #jesus #FaithOverFear

The Living Christ: Of the many significant names of the Savior, I am so inspired by the title “the Living Christ.” As one of the “special witnesses of the name of Christ in all the world” (Doctrine and Covenants 107:23) it is a special privilege for me to bear my testimony of the Savior for the first time here in Ghana as an Apostle of Jesus Christ.
I love this quote from Elder @BednarDavidA. "A temple is a point of intersection between heaven and earth." I know this is true. The "Earthly Environment" is like a 'Hollywood Set'. It is a temporary construct to create a "scene" for us to participate - but it is not eternal and will not last. It is merely an act in a play, so to speak (to reference Elder Packer's metaphor from years ago). I love to go to the temple - at least twice a month - as it is about 3 hours away. When the kids were younger, I would always go to the temple with them on my birthday to testify to them of the importance of the temple - there is no place I would rather be. For in the temple, everything points to Jesus Christ and everything binds us to Him, our Lord and Savior, and unites us together as one eternal family of God, and to Him. @Ch_JesusChrist #eternity #heaven #jesuschrist
Elder David A. Bednar of the Quorum of the Twelve Apostles dedicated the Cleveland Ohio Temple of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints on Sunday, August 16, 2026,
“A temple is a point of intersection between heaven and earth,” Elder @BednarDavidA said following the single dedicatory session on Sunday morning, which was broadcast to Church meetinghouses throughout the temple district and rebroadcast later in the afternoon.
“I cannot imagine a more important blessing than having greater access to the power of godliness through the ordinances of the temple,” he said, noting the significant sacrifices Latter-day Saints in many parts of the world and in the Church’s history have made to attend the temple at least once in their lifetimes.
Whenever a temple is nearby, “we have to be intentional and not let the ease of proximity become a barrier to receiving the blessings that we need in our lives,” he said.
