To compare metabolic networks, it is important that they have the same identifiers. Met4J 1.2.0 provides an app to change the ids of metabolic entities in an SBML file from dictionaries. ⬇️

And don't forget that you can contribute to Met4J, or play with it from Docker or Singularity images, or directly from Galaxy (usegalaxy.fr/).
#sbml is the main exchange format for genome scale metabolic networks. However, it can become a nightmare to read or edit a SBML file. The met4j-toolbox proposes 2 methods, Sbml2Tab and Tab2Sbml to convert SBML to tabulated file and vice versa. forgemia.inra.fr/metexplore/…

Good news if you want to analyse the topology of metabolic networks: you can now try met4j, a Java library for developers... and an application toolbox for others: forgemia.inra.fr/metexplore/…. All feedbacks are welcome ! @metexplore @clement_frainay @LouisonFresnais @LudoCottret
