I’m platinum with American; I have yet to be upgraded in over a year. Most flights are sources through American Eagle, and CRJ’s. They’ve reduced all non stop flights to reasonable locations. They’ve monopolized Philly to where it’s now price gauging. Just insane. Wish I could feasibly go back to Delta.
