A bit about me and my crypto journey. Thank you to every last person who has ever got involved in any way. It has been a massive team effort to bring this "pirate" movement to mainstream acceptance. I am a lawyer and venture capitalist from New Zealand who has lived in 11 different countries for over 6 months each. Australia, Japan and England all for over 6 years. I was an early user of the internet in the late 1980s. I queued to buy Windows 95. I helped run a large tech fund in the late 1990s. I got very interested in BitGold in 1998 and got super excited. I still am. I could immediately see how crypto currencies would even the financial playing field. A young kid in Africa could now potentially take their whole village from total poverty to massive wealth. Anyone could become a bank overnight. Blockchain technology has unlimited user cases and benefits. Bit Gold was never implemented, but its concepts were. 11 years later. Bitcoin and then other currencies have steadily been developed. I began teaching about social media in 2007 and especially Twitter from 2009 and wrote the first book about online branding. I pioneered Twitter chats, the scheduling of posts and worked for Twitter Japan. I was the first to sell an ebook for Bitcoin in 2012. Using a wordpress payment plugin. I then made an encyclopedia about the first 220 currencies and even interviewed some of the founders. I got a bit disillusioned because of Mt Gox before getting back in in May 2015. I bought the first ever crypto related NFT. I hosted Bitcoin Blab a daily video discussion about crypto and traveled extensively attending and speaking at crypto conferences. For 2 years from September 2015 to September 2017 I was the number 2 influencer about Bitcoin on Twitter. After the Bitcoin account itself. See the screenshots below taken 2 years apart. I have always wanted to know and then share everything. Super excited now as the golden age of crypto begins with the new SEC and overall renewed energy in the whole space. Now that the President of the USA is openly endorsing and promoting crypto the only way is up. I hope you enjoy the news and insights I post. Ask me anything.🚀🚀🚀

Google Brain founder, Andrew Ng: "Prompting will be dead in 6 months, graphs are what's replacing it." In 2 hours at Stanford he shows how to build agents that work and improve entirely on their own. The first 10 minutes cover what most $500 courses never do. Bookmark this before your feed buries it. Watch the lecture, then read the guide below on how to build a system that improves itself.

Houses in Australia are about three or four times overpriced right now. When AI tools finally start being used about 10 million who have mortgages will no longer be able to pay them. House prices are determined by the amount of mortgage people are prepared and able to pay

I've been reading that Obama thinks that he was a better president for the environment than Trump. Which prompted me to look at the facts. Actually year on year CO2 levels rose faster under Obama then Trump. Always look at what these people do not at what they say

🚨 Anthropic just showed a 27-minute workshop on how to actually do prompts for Claude. Taught by the people who built it. Free. No registration. No paywall. I've seen $300 courses that don't cover what they teach in the first 8 minutes. Watch it and bookmark it now.

Mark this trend down as terrifying. Do you have any examples yourself? AI is quickly programming us to write and speak differently. We need to stop using it to write anything immediately. For example since Chat GPT launched, usage of the word "delve" has increased by around 1,000%. 10 times. AI frequently uses words like delve, and people are starting to copy that style. Another common pattern that is increasing rapidly is to start by validating a statement in a very unnatural way. For example "That's actually a very real problem" The influence of AI isn’t just online. Evidence suggests humans are increasingly using AI-favored words in everyday speech, creating a feedback loop where AI shapes the language of the people who trained it. In basic terms the human that programmed the AI is now being programmed by the AI It's reality is influencing our reality. Once we lose language we will become robotic ourselves and we may as well just give up.

If I mention crypto currency what are your thoughts?

Well worth a repost
Elon Musk has taught me that anyone can become a billionaire. All you have to do is grow up with millionaire parents who own an emerald mine, get a 35k loan from your dad for your 1st failed venture, find a guy with money to pay for the 2nd venture, move to the United States illegally, buy a hair transplant, get plastic surgery, buy some companies, ask the US govt to give you billions, talk about nonsense on stage while high on ecstasy and ketamine, and give strangers you met online your sperm!

The 5 things every AI millionaire is doing right now
Nvidia CEO Jensen Huang said: "AI will create more millionaires in 5 years than the internet did in 20." A friend of mine who is already building serious wealth with AI believes it wholeheartedly. He broke down the 5 things every AI millionaire is doing right now. And I'm sharing all of it with you:

In March the American government payed a French company Total Energies $928 million to abandon plans to build a wind project off New York and another one off North Carolina. America is now actually paying huge money to destroy the planet

Still waiting for these things? You are not alone. • the DOGE checks • tariff checks • the Greenland hospital boat • 10% APR on credit cards • meds being 1500% cheaper • $2 gas • the Epstein files • reopening the Strait of Hormuz that was already open • cheaper groceries • ending wars in 24 hours • the “privately funded” ballroom I could go on....

Now running my business and even my life with Codex. I'm getting 10 times as much done as a year ago. It's incredible. You don’t need to be a developer or working on software to use Codex. It goes beyond coding and is especially useful for tasks that require more than a single answer—like gathering information from multiple sources, creating and updating files, or producing outputs such as documents, slides, and spreadsheets. Codex can connect to tools, take action, and help you get things done. For example, you might ask Codex to: Pull information from your emails, Slack, notes, and dashboards Make a slide deck from source materials Create a digital assistant to organize your day Build a simple dashboard Create a working app or landing page Fix a broken workflow Update a set of files Automate a mundane task Try it out!

I was so excited about Filecoin when it launched about 10 years ago. A way to use every computer in the world in a storage network. Got to $160 in 2021. Now its 88 cents. Project is still going though. filecoin:native

Pensions in Australia are only 59% of minimum wage. How the heck are people supposed to live on that? Barely covers rent.
