Gregg Wallace and his attitudes to women of his own age in the entertainment industry, are exactly why I launched my #ActingYourAgeCampaign six years ago.
The BBC promised to me for two years they would work with me under their #5060Gender initiative.
Then didn’t bother ….

Word of the day is ‘kuchisabishii’, from Japanese: boredom eating, or the making of frequent visits to the fridge in the hope of finding something new to munch on.
Its literal translation is ‘lonely mouth’.

SURE to give you a lift:
On 22 December the sun set at 15.48.
Today the sun set at 16.07.
We've gained 19 mins' more light & we're gaining around a minute extra per day.
Look at the branches of a tree against the remaining light. That's a fractal. Seeing it alleviates stress.

Flood Alerts have been issued by the Environment Agency:
⚠️ Flood Alert: The B1041 over the River Great Ouse, south of Skipper Way between Little Paxton and St Neots.
⚠️Flood Alert: Hundred Foot Washes including the causeways at Earith, Sutton Gault and Welney.
Don't be tempted to drive through flood water.
Your car could be stranded and require rescuing or worse still be swept away, putting yours and others lives at risk.

New centre back target is much younger than Harry Maguire and is expected to be landed in the next 72 hours. The smart money is on Jonathan Tah from Bayer Leverkusen who is 6 foot 5 and 27 years of age. He has been offered to West Ham. Last month Bayer Leverkusen confirmed that Tah's €20 million release clause has expired. Should a club approach Leverkusen about Tah, "we could negotiate freely," said Bayer Leverkusen managing director for sport Simon Rolfes last month. His current contract runs until 2025.

Most welcome & informative discussion with Secretary of State Badenoch (DIT) with her ministers to discuss all aspects of export strategy & inward investment issues. Positive messaging. I proposed Trade & Investment APPG conduct full review of effectiveness with recommendations.
