And there's a ceiling. Set max-pardons to 15 in your config. Exceed it and your suite fails. You can use pardons, but you can't use them to quietly gut your mutation score.

Also in 1.5.0: works alongside pytest-xdist now. Parallel tests and mutation testing in the same run, no config changes needed.

pytest-gremlins v1.5.0: mutation testing for pytest that runs fast enough for TDD, not just overnight CI. New: xdist support, inline pardoning pragmas, pyproject.toml config, WCAG-accessible HTML reports with trend charts. pip install pytest-gremlins github.com/mikelane/pytest-g…

I just finished round 2 of @prolonfmd yesterday. I dropped 8.7lbs this week. It really is surprisingly easy, honestly. I feel great. The fun thing is that food on the day after the fast tastes just so amazing!

Hey ⁦@OXO⁩ this is the kind of shit that will get me to never buy an OXO product ever again. A text message at 6:04am on a Saturday? Are you kidding me???

Still going strong on the @prolonfmd fast. So far only a sort of sustained mild hunger. Not like tummy growling, give me some goddamned food, more like I'm sure looking forward to eating on Saturday.

Weight so far: - Monday: 238.92 - Tuesday: 237.51 - Wednesday: 236.43 - Thursday: 233.20 3 days in and I'm down 5.72 lbs. I could end up losing 10lbs this week. My withings says muscle mass steady at 72.5%. Fat dropped a bit: 23.7% and is now 23.6%. Water mass remains stable.

So I appear to be losing fat and muscle, but a little bit more fat than muscle. So that's good (though this is a smart scale, not a DEXA scan). I definitely feel like I'm looking better. Anyhow, excited to see what the final results are on Saturday morning.

Replying to @danbharris
@danbharris says that meditation has the worst PR in history. I think healthy eating may be worse. Just hearing the @prolonfmd coach talk about clean ingredients, mercury in retrograde, electrons from the earth supporting you, etc. is enough to make me question the plan.

As just some regular science-minded skeptic guy, I find all that very off putting, and I'm not even some burly alpha male man's man. Why would @prolonfmd want to be associated with that? Is it any wonder that men flock to "kill and grill all the meat" diets?

What @prolonfmd has going for it is very rigorous science. My opinion is that you should keep your coaches from espousing natropath, astrology, woo woo BS, at least while they're coaching. Stick to the science, woo on your own time.

Okay, this @prolonfmd coach just said that she was feeling worn down yesterday because Mercury is in retrograde. The ProLon FMD is very scientifically rigorous, why does it attract these kinds of woo woo goofballs?
