Llevamos décadas construyendo software con código mediocre, bugs ancestrales, hacks sobre hacks, tests a medias, TODOs olvidados, parches temporales que se volvieron permanentes y código que nadie se atreve a tocar. Y ahora resulta que nos preocupa confiar en código que no entendemos porque lo escribió una IA. Como si lleváramos décadas entendiendo perfectamente el código que escribimos nosotros.

Watch Claude Code set up a Laravel project, open a feature branch with its own database, and fix an N+1 query, all through Lerd. Every step shows up live in the dashboard. One take, no cuts. Setup: from a fresh clone to https://shop.test with a trusted certificate, MySQL, Redis, migrations, seed data and Vite running as a worker. Worktree: the feature branch gets its own HTTPS subdomain, a Vite worker and a database cloned from main, with the branch's new migration on top. Main stays untouched. Debugging: Lerd's request inspector flags an N+1, 52 queries with 48 of them the same category lookup. Copy for agent hands it to Claude, which adds the eager load, and the next request runs 5 queries. #Laravel #PHP

Si quieres ser un buen manager y un buen líder en general es crucial que tengas el cerebro ordenado para transmitir claros los requisitos y las tareas a tu equipo, humildad para querer él a los mejores sabiendo manejar que también son mejores que tú, y valentía para defender a tu equipo y dar la cara ante sus miembros si algo pasa. Si te falta alguna de las tres, casi nunca te va a ir bien, si te faltan las tres (como veo ultimamente que pasa muchísimo) eres un pasador profesional de powerpoints.

@G_Programming He estado probando Gentle-ai, como vieja escuela soy de hacer cambios atómicos, (decirle cómo y dónde cambiar a la herramienta), uso la sub de $20 de Claude y lo que me ha servido para mi caso es Engram y los Skills. Excelentes!

Lo que no me ha servido para mi forma de uso es SDD y Persona he tenido que sacarlos, lo positivo es que es una herramienta modular activar/desactivar componentes es sencillo. Gran trabajo!

Inicialmente cree Duenote para aprender Chino, buscaba un app que me permitiera escribir en pinyin y tomar notas sin cambiar nada en el teclado. Luego se convirtió en en mi bloc de notas para trabajo y estudio de muchos temas.
