The PLAINTIFFS have a better attorney than you could ever be. You spend an awful lot of time running your mouth on YouTube. Mattei and Tuxbury try cases. Not even close. 1. Calling someone a murderer is defamatory per se. Damages are presumed. 2. Her Anti-SLAPP argument already failed in the lower courts. Falsely calling someone a murderer is not protected speech. I'll bet you $100 right now that the denial is upheld by the SJC. 3. Shes in her 40s, plenty of time to garnish her earnings. ~40 more years minimum unless her rampant alcoholism takes her early. 4. She's literally in messages engaging in conspiracy with Aidan Kearney. 5. Most people who saw A Body In The Snow did not walk away finding Karen Read sympathetic. Just wait until a global audience is exposed to the truth about it. You won't have to wait long. You don't practice law in Massachusetts. Honestly it is dubious whether you practice law at all. Seeking legal recourse against those who have harmed you is not "seeking revenge". It is how we deal with these types of harm in America.
If the house defendants would be able to think clearly or get good legal advice they would drop Karen Read from their defamation case and just proceed against turtle boy. (And I acknowledge that TB has a number of strong defenses too but thats not the point of this post) 1) The only statements that arguably have any chance are the statements made to Terry Meurer which according to my understanding were never published. So very minimal damages. 2) Her Anti-Slapp argument is very solid 3) She is uncollectible. 4) They will have a very difficult time legally tying her to turtleboy to satisfy a conspiracy theory and even if they do again she is uncollectible. 5) The jury would have much more sympathy for them if they just proceed against TB instead of trying the whole trial to convince them that Karen who is a much more sympathetic defendant was somehow involved. However if their point is just to satisfy their own personal animosity toward her by keeping her named as a defendant regardless of the merits or negative effect on the dollar amount they can potentially recover, they would keep her in the lawsuit despite the detriment to their own case.

Replying to @BrotherCounsel
The goal is to prove a conspiracy. That's one goal. Have you read the docs? So what are you talking about? Talking to the YouTubers under oath is going to get to the truth lol maybe yours will come out too. Yanetti was working with TB. You have no clue

They love making accusations, but when it comes time to produce the receipts? Crickets. Spoiler alert: That's because they don't have any. Just the same tired lies, recycled and repeated by people who know their audience will accept accusations as evidence without ever demanding proof. It's the same playbook we watched them use throughout the trial.
Yesterday, while @RealNurseKim went over the Spaces she had done with @TuesdayGazette and @TeamFUKR, she made several misleading statements. Intertwined with commentary about @forensicroom, she made references to being called a "fat c#nt" and being doxxed. A person not familiar with the online discourse in this case might be led to believe that we did those things, just as she did when she publicly, and falsely, blamed me for her Venmo account being suspended. None of the hosts of The Forensic Room or @TeamFUKR have EVER called Kim a "fat c#nt" nor has anyone on the show EVER doxxed her or "come for her family." Kim, however, gleefully participated when I was doxxed by the now defunct Former Trooper Proctor account. She found it oh so funny that personal identifying details about me and pictures of my husband and sons were being posted. Kim, if you would like to know why civil discussion cannot occur in this case it is because the content creators who support Karen Read consistently act in bad faith as you, once again, did yesterday. You should apologize. I have more screenshots of your behavior.

Just gross behavior Kim🤮
Here is @RealNurseKim telling her audience earlier this year that I got her Venmo suspended. This led to a bombardment of hateful comments from her audience on my tweets. And it was a complete and utter LIE. Her Venmo was likely suspended because she was running an illegal raffle. Kim, to make false accusations is gross. To suggest a likeness of me be put on a piñata so that you and your weirdo followers could bash it is gross. And violent. I am so tired of bad faith actors.

They know nothing about the evidence. They know nothing about the digital evidence that overwhelmingly implicates Karen. She also went on a tangent about Judd Welcher disrespectfully "cosplaying" John O'Keefe. That's not what happened and that wasn't the intention of that testing. What are your thoughts on this, @RealNurseKim? I truly would love to see you back pedal now.

We're taking it WAY back. Almost all the way to the beginning. Before the headlines, before the catchy slogans and before the narrative took on a life of its own, there were court filings. Motions. Legal arguments. And a whole lot of claims being made by Karen Read and her defense team. This Sunday on The Attorney Files, we're digging into those early motions and filings to examine the story the defense was trying to tell the courts, the narrative being sold to the public, and how those claims stack up against the evidence, the record, and a little place we like to call REALITY. What was actually being alleged? What did the evidence support? What was conveniently left out? And how much of that early narrative survived when the facts started catching up? We're going back to the documents, connecting the dots, and separating what was argued from what was actually established. And fair warning...JULIE IS FIRED UP.🔥 🍿 YOU bring the popcorn. WE'LL bring the fire extinguisher.🧯 Join us THIS SUNDAY AT 7 PM ET for what promises to be a lively, unfiltered, and evidence-driven trip back to where it all began. Because narratives are easy to sell. The record is a little harder to rewrite. youtube.com/watch?v=9D7Vnw2K…

What an interesting marketing strategy. He takes the hatred he has spent years cultivating toward the Alberts and McCabes and turns it into a selling point to move tickets. This is just further proof he knows exactly what he's done. He understands that the hostility he's helped generate toward these families can be monetized and he's using it to his advantage. He's not just profiting from the controversy he's helped create. He's actively using that hostility as a marketing tool to generate even more revenue. As we've already seen in some of the filings, that connection between the harassment, the audience he's cultivated, and the financial incentive to keep it going is something the attorneys are already examining very closely. Add this tweet to the pile of exhibits.
Got hit with this bill today. This is a big reason why I’m doing the Shubert show. This is what it costs to expose corruption, peacefully protest, save an innocent person from prison, keep myself out of jail, and tell the truth. Every single ticket sale goes directly to this. They are trying to do everything possible to stop this show from happening. We can’t let the McAlberts and the Commonwealth win. But your tickets today!! ticketmaster.com/event/01006…
