An Animation Collaboration (with 9 animators) from 2020 that was incomplete but we decided to post anyway.

I was so stoked to get cast these shots for Ron, and poured everything I had in them :)
There was a tight collab with FX as they did the water sim while I animated, so there was a good deal of back and forth. I always really enjoy working with other departments.

Demo reels are kind of like year books. Each time I put an #animationreel together, I'm reminded of all the lessons learned, friends made, places travelled, copious amounts of laughter, and lots and lots of lunchtime ramen.

This is the shot and the reference I used for the shot I animated from the new #SpiderVerse trailer.
If you've ever heard me speak about acting for animation, you've heard me say, "USE REFERENCE AS REFERENCE".

You don’t shoot reference for shots like these. Big, high energy, just go for it! The whole show was such a fun unique style I really enjoyed. I mean how often do you get to animate candyland? 😁
