Her scores barely changed at one month, but she spent six days on her feet at two weddings. Dr. Amin Astani and Dr. Anish Ghodadra (@AGhodadraMD) join Dr. Kavi Krishnasamy (@kavikrishVIR) to discuss the gap between outcome measures and real-life results, and why true success is often defined by the patient, not the paper. This is a video from a few years ago showing the anatomy and exposure of an in-situ RIMA to the AV groove circumflex. Combined with a LIMA to the LAD this is as close to a CAD cure as one can get.
Replying to @georgetolisjr
@georgetolisjr for those of us who haven’t had the benefit of seeing the exposure of the AV groove circumflex in real life, mind sharing your tricks for doing so? Widely open right pleural space?

This is never talked about in the golf coaching scene but it's something so damn important if you truly wanted to shallow out the club shaft.

TOUR PLAYER ANALYSIS 🏆 I’ve always been a big fan of trying to copy certain ELEMENTS of pro golf swings, rather than copying a model in its entirety. It’s unrealistic to think that you should mirror an entire move piece for piece. Instead, look at what a player does better than you (depending on your needs), and work to model yourself after that specific variable or movement pattern. For Cam Young, it’s the pivot that I really like. He has a great blend of lateral shifting, rotation, sequencing, and tilting to stabilize his low point and his start line through the ball. Every swing on the PGA TOUR, no matter how unique, has something that you can benefit from. Let’s change the idea from copying models to copying variables 👊

The wealthy never tip after the meal. They tip before it. Because in every room there is a difference between paying for service and buying priority. If you want loyalty during the storm reward people while the sun is shining.

The @steelers practice at a tax-exempt facility. Tax payers paid for the exemption! @UPMC got the credibility. The health system’s tax exemption costs Pittsburgh an estimated $59 million a year. That is money unavailable for schools, roads, firefighters, and city services. Meanwhile, UPMC attached its name to the most beloved institution in Western Pennsylvania. That Steelers logo is not just advertising. It is credibility purchased with money the public never collected. Here is how a $30 billion healthcare empire turned a tax exemption into the most valuable marketing asset in Pittsburgh.

The scale of what is to come has no precedent
To get a sense of scale, here’s how the $85.7b SpaceX just raised compares to what they’ve historically spent on different programs. People aren’t ready for the magnitude of things to come

We were ahead of the game years ago and still are! This gem is from 2017 ... "Trading is actually a very simple lifestyle. You have to cut all the crap out of your life, because really your personal life has to be empty, so you can make very well informed decisions, over and over again multiple times. If your personal life or business life is really hectic all of the time, it's going to affect your trading decisions.., and vice versa actually. Your personal life and your trading life need to mirror eachother.." ANTON KREIL'S BRUTAL MESSAGE - How good Traders Manage their Personal Lives ... I sat down with Greg Scarpa Jr. last week, and he told me a story I almost couldn’t believe. Now I’m sitting down with a second man who lived it from the other side, and he’s corroborating every word. Frankie Steele was a Colombo associate during the Persico-Orena War. He was 21 years old in the safe houses, in the wired cars, in the murder trials that put him away for over a decade. He’ll tell you exactly how the war started, how an FBI agent named Lin DeVecchio fed Greg Scarpa Sr. the addresses of the men they were trying to kill, why every trial after his ended in acquittal, and why my friend Michael Sessa is still rotting in a prison cell 34 years later for a murder he didn’t commit. This is the puzzle nobody could finish telling — until now. Two of the three living men who know the whole story are sitting in front of you. Listen to what they have to say.
