Yesterday we had the privilege to be part of the Last Post Ceremony at the Menin Gate where we sang our new piece by @mrhigginsmusic. A very humbling experience. @lastpostieper #inflandersfields #salutetothefallen #honourthefallen #meningatememorialtothemissing
In a few days we will be performing a piece of new music from @mrhigginsmusic. Michael has created ‘In Flanders Fields’, a bespoke composition for our choir to perform at the Menin Gate, Ypres. Thank you for the music, we are all very much looking forward to singing its debut.
We had a visitor to our rehearsal this week. Luke Francis organises the @PoppyLegion Festival of Remembrance at Kilkhampton Church, Bude. We are excited to announce that we have been invited to take part in this event in November. More information to follow later in the year!
Today our lovely Jane Batchelor chatted to @laurajamesradio at @TheVoiceNDevon about all things marathon & choir. Well done Jane, you did us proud!

It’s very rare that you get to meet the composer of the music you are singing, but yesterday we had the privilege of doing just that. @mrhigginsmusic has written a beautiful piece for us to sing at a special event in June. Thank you for coming to visit us Michael.
