Itโs been 48 hrs since @British_Airways โlostโ our luggages (along with 20+ other passengers) and claimed that they were loaded onto the plane when clearly from our AirTags show they never even left the US! Zero update, zero action, zero accountability. #neverflyingbaagain
100 hrs and counting with no updates on our โlostโ luggages when we have sent the AirTag locations. Howโs this ok? @British_Airways still no email, no sms updates and now your tracking site even โlostโ our reference number #neverflyingBA again
@British_Airways you ruined our vacation with your customer service. 40+ years of traveling you are absolutely the worst by far. Losing luggage happens but itโs the lack of communication and action makes you the worst
