This one is for new parents. My latest app is now in the AppStore. Wake Wise. A Baby Sleep Tracker with suggested bedtimes. Built whilst our latest family member is asleep 😴 And @chloebulmer1705 loves it 😂 #buildinpublic apps.apple.com/gb/app/baby-s…

All under development and in production under Tim Cook rein 😆
The first eight weeks of the Ternus era.

I don't get this narrative that's being shared across X. These devices have been in development for years under Tim Cook.
I like this new Apple. Yes, the Duo may have problems here and there. Yes, the new Macbook Pro touch screen looks impractical. But at least, they are trying. They’re taking risks with bigger bets. Apple under Tim Cook was too safe. Everyone complained that Apple lost their innovation root. Well, now you have it. The first iteration may run into problems for sure. But I’m optimistic about the v2 of these product lines.

512gb Mac Studio is a status symbol

512gb Mac Studio available for pre-order. £22,799 Paying £11,500 for an additional 256gb

My wrists ache thinking about this. One of those features you’ll use once and never again. They could have made the screen lay flat like an iPad.
We’re glowing with excitement over the new MacBook Pro. You’ve gotta touch it to believe it.

Amazing endorsement of X. This really is where you'll find the most optimistic, forward-looking people in tech.
The poll so far between Twitter, Bluesky and Mastodon. I think it looks less absurd than last time, but still pretty clear that the base is divided. teapaw.org/mitsuhiko/status/21143…

Apple gave developers 3 weeks to get ready for the iPhone Duo. My apps aren't ready, and I'm not stressing. The Duo deserves the bad reviews. Apps make or break a device. Vision Pro already showed what happens when they aren't there.

I love how proactive @bot is. It really is like having a company in my pocket. I had 2 of my bots suggest an AB experiment I should run for one of my apps without any involvement from me. Pulled the data and researched competitors Just incredible.

Why can’t @bot read my X bookmarks without an API key. Seems like an obvious feature and your average Joe user doesn’t care about API keys.

If I were hiring today, I’d ask how you scale yourself with agents. By 2027, defining work, delegating it and checking the results will matter more than recalling framework trivia. Should interviews test the engineer alone or the engineer with their agents?

My agents have developed a sense of humour for halloween 👻

Yes this works very well but it’s a workaround for shortcomings of OpenAIs models. They suck at design.
Replying to @afterxleep
Have you tried having it use image gen to design the views and then implement them?

Dots have just made me more curious about @bot if I’m being honest.

"Slop" has become a comfort blanket for a cohort of programmers stuck somewhere between anger and bargaining on their way to acceptance. There might be some kicking and screaming, maybe a little crying, but eventually you have to let the blanket go and update your priors.

What a nothing burger @OpenAI Dev day ended up being. 1. Lower limits for £200 subs. 2. Dots isn’t available in the UK. 3. No Astra 6.1 launch.

So what OpenAI is saying… I should have 2x 100 Pro accounts instead of 1x 200 Pro account so I get the same usage but double the amount of resets 👌

More excited for this than any Apple event in the last 5 years.
We saved you a seat. See you tomorrow for the OpenAI DevDay keynote: openai.com/live/

This was way easier than I thought it would be. I dream about remakes for these games almost weekly.
This was significantly harder than I thought it would be.
