#CarlethiaRussell called 911 after seeing a child walking on the highway, when police arrived she was gone. Her phone, smart watch, and wig were left at the scene. Using children for human trafficking is abysmal. If anyone knows of whereabouts, let Hoover Police in Alabama know.
