Luther is awake, has eaten, and has successfully toileted following the emergency surgery, so I'm officially allowed to pick him up this afternoon. I've missed him so much!!! I have two financial goals I'm working toward! **FIRST: HOUSING STABILITY: $400+ BY NOVEMBER 3** My immediate priority is addressing a $400+ rent shortfall resulting from @Femscatsocial's failure to release scheduled content and adequately address my support requests. I planned ahead for graduate school and my internship by queuing video releases to maintain income while adjusting to my new schedule. @Femscatsocial's handling of this issue has cost me approximately $400+ in expected monthly sales for a video scheduled for September 21st, and contributed to my falling out of the platform's Top 20 models which greatly impacts sales. I sought support between September 27 and October 23, but after initially acknowledging the issue, communication effectively disappeared for weeks. When I finally brought my financial emergency to their attention, I was met with dismissiveness and privilege rather than meaningful assistance. I should not be in this position after making plans to prevent exactly this situation. My video was supposed to be released September 21. I reported it still pending on September 27, and Cassie acknowledged a technical glitch was preventing it from reaching moderation. I followed her instructions to delete and relist it on September 28, but the same issue persisted. I provided a Dropbox link on September 30, and on October 7, she said she’d contacted the tech team. Yesterday, nearly a month later, I was told there would be further delays and that I should try re-rendering and re-uploading the file. When I explained that this was affecting my ability to pay rent, Cassie responded by emphasizing that my situation wasn't an emergency to her and discussing how many hours she’d been working. I understand support has competing priorities, but I’m a top seller on the site, and I expected more accountability and consideration from someone I looked up to.

Not sure, my other platforms released it on time with no file issues. But @FemScatSocial is my top earning clip store, which is why this is a big deal to miss out on an entire month of sales for my biggest release of 2026...
