Interesting. I was asked a similar question by a woman a while ago and I didn't understand why she would hesitate. I didn't know up to now that most women won't apply if they are not 100% qualified for the job description.

@GlavniProgramer I got carried away afrmter your talk @PHPSrbija and missed on sharing this with you. There's this book I read called "On becoming a person' by Carl Rogers. That's the guy who re-invented psychotherapy as we know it today. 1/2
It gave me a new perspective on what's going on during therapy and impressed me a lot. If you're interested I believe it will be a good read for you as well.
