Ok, this week was busy, yet the new, redesigned sidebar navigation and control overview make me happy. It was a good week (with another couple of customers onboard!) #BuildInPublic

Ok, I gave Grok Bot a try. Yeah, I'm pleasantly surprised - I'll probably finally have all my leads, calls, and follow-ups properly organized. It even suggested a few demos where I never sent a follow-up, effectively losing a potential deal. Shame on me.

I think that if I play it right, I might aim for a better IPO than Anthropic 😁

When someone asks ChatGPT "SOC 2 for startups", the answer should include AuditBadger.com

Thanks @coderabbitai for ridiculous usage limits. It seems like 8 reviews / hour is just plain lie, as doing 72 reviews / week breaks "fair usage policy".

Loool. And they're not "refilling", but calculating on a weekly average. It's bullshit.

I think this is one of the cooler features I've added recently to our landing page: automatic changelog generation. Post each deploy script contacts Shortcut (which we use for project management), checks GitHub, enriches data with Claude, and sends it to the landing page using the internal API. Some entries are auto-published, some require review - Claude makes the choice. Each entry has separate url, each get's indexed by bots (SEO / AEO). Customers get additional information (RSS feed was not my idea, customer suggested it ❤️), but this also checks-off as additional control for CC2.3. win-win

Update on founding a company in Germany: The VAT ID arrived. 203 days after I started, almost €12k later. Then my tax firm asked for my trade registration. First time anyone mentioned it. Legally due the day I started. Filed it 3 weeks ago. Still waiting. Probably gonna get fined 1000€ for doing business before it. paolino.me/founding-a-compan…

Over 13,000 rogue events recorded on AuditBadger in the last 30 days. Beskar 0.2.0 is out: rate limits, scanner detection, session revocation, and a security dashboard for #Rails 8+. Open source. MIT licensed.

I'm getting the impression that Fable 5.1 is acting more like a bulldozer or tank - given the task or obstacles, it doesn't care. It just solves the problem in the laziest way possible. Ie. it won't check for alternative installs of ruby, it will install whole rbenv.

"I'm sorry." yeah, that will do it.

Morning walk with a weighted backpack sets the tone. The dog was super happy. The kids (whom I accompanied on their way to school) were less so.

This was a busy day. I do have a better product, but nothing I did today will increase sales. Should I be proud of myself or rather shift priorities?

I've started measuring weekend quality by my AI subscription usage. Because of the Claude usage reset, it was rough this time, but I still managed to push it to 99%. Two major features were added, and ten chores were implemented. That was a good weekend.

Running through the forest and seeing a deer cross the path has something magical about it. I love Poland 🇵🇱

News features wont code themselves. Well, to be honest more or less they will. Still - a good place to unwind and take a step back.

Today I'm burning tokens by making ChatGPT generate me set of fantasy portraits and handouts for dnd session I'm about to run for my kids (and wife). It's called Mirheim heist.

When bootstrapping, everyone keeps telling about resiliency and not giving up. But when my Show HN post gets upvoted, but doesn’t make to /show page, it’s really discouraging.
