Dan Mullen is a great talent evaluator, developer of the talent and awesome X&Os coach. He would thrive in the new NIL era. Also has a great personality and would hit it off with the alumni/fan base.

Locksley is good man who truly loves UMD…..but he just couldn’t get the program over hump. Resources played a small part, but we weren’t beating the lower level teams in the B1G either. For what ever reason he could not get any decent assistant coaches to work for him.
