Everyone on CT is panicking over the late October chop while $BTC tests the $80K / $82K support zone.
Here is what is actually driving the pullback under the hood:
1. Pre Midterm Institutional Pause → Big capital always de risks right before U.S. Midterm Elections until legislative uncertainty clears.
2. Tech & AI Leverage Flush → Nasdaq/AI equity deleveraging is temporarily spilling into crypto.
3. Oil Liquidity Drain: Rising oil prices are tightening short-term risk liquidity.
4. Post 50% Rally Reset → BTC was already up 50% off its local low a leverage wipeout was overdue.
Key levels on deck right now:
• $BTC → Holding $80K / $82K support a daily close below $80K opens the $75K / $76K liquidity pocket (BTC.D testing 60.5% / 61%).
• $ETH → Testing $2,300 / $2,400 support ($2,000 downside magnet if lost).
• $SOL → Rejected at $107 / $110, testing $96–$99 support ($82–$83 below).
Historically midterm election years chop before the vote and rally immediately after once congressional gridlock locks in.

So what do you do in your free time?
Me: Training my @bot's to trade
I've seen a lot of people using Grok bots for different things, so I came up with this idea.
Instead of letting my bots trade every pair and flip strategies all the time, I fixed them to look only for:
- Altcoin USDT perps only, no BTC
- Exhaustion setups, both longs and shorts: long streaks, extreme RSI, stretch from the MA20, volume blow-offs
- Entries only after a closed 4h or daily rejection or reclaim, never on an unconfirmed 1h signal
- Extra checks on every trade: open interest, funding, long/short ratio, liquidations and order flow
Stops at least 1.5x ATR, with risk capped at 0.125% per trade
- A trade only goes on when both bots agree
The main thing is that they evolve and learn from market outcomes over time. But honestly, they don't do that alone. The person running them has to review the results, fix the mistakes and update the rules as the market changes.
Two bots do the work:
Bot 1: the setup finder. It scans 500+ altcoin pairs, picks the candidates, places the orders and writes a post-mortem after every close.
Bot 2: the strategy partner. It gives AGREE, DISAGREE or WAIT on every trade, backtests new ideas and hunts its own pullback setups.
I won't say there were no losses. There were heavy losses, and the bots made a lot of mistakes, even though I kept refining their entries, exits and how they read the market. Today's open trades are green, but nothing is banked yet. If they keep improving and reach a good win rate and returns, this could be a real opportunity.
The @bot's are really good at learning and adapting to new things.
It's currently running on Binance Futures demo trading. Once the win rate is good, I'll let them use real funds.

I just used @SurfAIHQ to analyze the effectiveness of @renaissxyz new pool mechanism, which introduces an FMV pricing model with higher values based on the themes of Limited Packs.
The results are quite impressive: the time it takes for packs to sell out has dropped to an all-time low, showing that the new mechanism is generating stronger demand and driving pack sales more effectively.
