Solomon wrote it plain in Proverbs 27:23-24. Know WELL the condition of your flocks.
Riches don't last forever.
Left alone, they especially don't.
Most people today can tell you what their stock did this morning.
What crypto did overnight.
Yet ask if their family is covered and it gets reeeaaaal quiet.
I've coached men who tripled their income and were STILL broke a few years later.
Same men.
More money.
Just a different level of broke.
That's why I don't start with your budget.
I start with who you have to become to carry what you're asking God for.
Most men skip that or don't connect it and wonder why the plan they have keeps failing.
God releases His greatest purpose into a life that has the STRUCTURE to sustain it.
Live life by DESIGN not default.
Thank you Pastor @KeithCraft .
Powerful series you have us on @ElevateLife Frisco TX!
They told me it changed their life.
They meant it.
Life-changing opportunity.
Real recognition.
Every challenge I gave them, they embraced.
Then the numbers turned cold.
And they walked.
A guy asked me last night how I build loyalty across a national team.
So I broke it down in a way other leaders
could relate.
The ones who STAY decided who they were before the slump showed up.
Builder. Protector. Leader.
A man who knows whose he is.
A man who took command and didn’t hand it back when it got hard.
So I stopped trying to keep everybody.
I build the ones who DECIDED.
The rest, I bless.
Thankful for the time they were here.
And I keep moving…and BUILDING!
A movement that needs everybody to stay is fragile.
A movement built on the ones who DECIDED cannot be broken.
Build leaders.
Protect families.
Stand in the gap.

Replies to this backfired. Good job IL residents - take this energy to the voting booth!
A pastor’s daughter sent him to a school board meeting.
He said his piece about the Ten Commandments.
A stranger grabbed his arm on the way out: “You need to run for mayor.”
That’s how Rod Vilhauer went from retired at the ranch to filing for Frisco Mayor.
