Just read a 2019 fMRI paper (delay discounting task) in a respected imaging journal that said "To avoid intense emotions [sic] effect on the decision‐making, females were not recruited in the present study." WTF

I knew that I wouldn’t be able to rest or write this week (our spring break) unless I finished my online teaching, so I (very inadvisably) recorded all my lectures today. But to make them mimic the feeling of multiple weeks, I instituted costume changes, down to the jewelry.
