Police punch Hispanic man already pinned to ground—22 times.
Officer had already shot him with taser.
"He stiffly hit the ground after being tased, and his head banged on asphalt," said witness.
"Cop mounts him and starts beating—later 3 more piled on."
Just because man was standing in the road blocking some traffic.
Witnesses say he looked like he was having a mental episode—and was not trying to harm anyone.
Emergency crews were called and took the man to the hospital.
Local police confirmed the incident occurred at 3:15 pm—but released no other details except to say it was "under review."
Incident occurred on Auburn Way near 37th Street NE in Auburn, Washington.

You talk about gold, cobalt and civil war as if Nigeria has no problems of its own and Nigerian artists operate in some perfectly balanced environment.
Nigeria also faces ethnic and religious conflicts, insecurity, terrorism, kidnappings, poverty, power outages and deep inequality. Access to reliable electricity remains a major challenge, with significant differences across regions.
Yet nobody uses these challenges to dismiss the achievements of Wizkid, Davido or Burna Boy. So why should the difficulties facing the DRC be used to downplay Fally Ipupa’s achievements?
And let's talk about global recognition. Congolese and Nigerian artists have collaborated for years. Fally himself has worked with major African artists, including Wizkid on Yakuza. Congolese music has its place in the international music scene, just as Nigerian music does.
Respect between African artists should mean recognizing one another’s achievements, not trying to erase them.
You can prefer Nigerian artists, acknowledge their streaming numbers and celebrate their certifications. But using one country's struggles to dismiss another country's achievements is not music analysis.
😭😭😂
Most of your artists can't fill any stadium in Africa, Belgium & France except in Nigeria.
Your afrobeat music is cheap and your musicians cant person live
