Pointed my agent-checker at 78,618 messages from my own AI agents. It said 42% of their claims were false. Then it caught itself. The bug was mine. real number is 8%.

Another weekend another experiment, on @awscloud Bedrock and @CockroachDB , stuck on sonnet 4.6 apparently new users are blocked for the frontier models?
The simple idea was when agents acts on something false let's say forged documents and it sends money, nothing reverses the payment.
You can delete the memory, but yeah the money is still gone. The system misses from what piece of context or belief the payment was carried out for.
That's the general idea of Retract ,walks back to the belief that made the action, cancels the pending items and writes a real reversal for the performed action.
