You truly never know what struggles people may be going thru. Everything may look fine. It might be. It might not be. Please be kind, my friends. Over and out.

NEW: Internet users have raised $280,000 for an elderly man who became a DoorDash delivery driver to help pay for his and his wife's bills.
A Tennessee woman decided to take matters into her own hands when she saw the man delivering her Starbucks.
"I work because I have to. I don't really want to. I was actually retired, but my wife lost her job at no fault of her own, which also means she lost her health insurance," the man told the customer who tracked him down after seeing him on her Ring camera.
"So by the time we pay our living expenses plus our medical expenses for our medicines, we have nothing left at the end of the month."

I wasn’t an alcoholic. Didn’t go to AA. Respect everyone who has. No one asked me to stop drinking. I chose to. Very proud and grateful to make it 4 months.

Around new years I made about a dozen goals for 2026. And now I realize I missed the most important:
My #1 goal this year is to move from anxious attachment to secure attachment. My life has brought me here and I kind of feel like the rest of my life depends on it . . .
There is a reason why Let Them is a #1 NYT best seller and the Mel Robbins podcast was nominated for a Golden Globe. The last few years have been very hard, particularly on relationships. Acknowledgment is a priority for me. And I think will help me move forward.
I think I cried close to ten times today. It’s the loss but also the feeling like you don’t fit in this world. The criticism from others, rejection from family, and isolation. 44 years into this life and basically no one cares if I am here or not.
Most days I feel completely alone. Like no one loves me. No one understands me or wants to be my friend. It’s been a miserable 100+ days filled with crying and trying to understand where I fit in this world. Not only did I lose my best friend, but my only friend. It hurts.
