my mom (ADHD) said she's struggling to get started on tasks today and I suggested getting dressed to 'start' the day. she agreed and was staring out the window for a minute and I said "Well .. go on." and she was like "OH, yeah" and ran off lmao

there's literally a new reply every like ten minutes. free me...... but I do find it kind of funny how in almost every single reply they tell me I'll never be a woman. like .. ok. thanks I guess

ok before I abandon it here's my favorite thing to come of this post: the phrase 'nothing burger studies' . not asserting that the research is wrong or that it's debatable, you just personally find it boring. that's so fucking funny lmao

I think I'm never making a post like that again because I forgot that this app disproportionately appeals to people who LOVE arguing but have no points to actually make, it's like a breeding ground for reactionary emotional responses with no substance

it's wild how every single reply is a baseless assertion that I'm delusional. I could provide resources for them to learn but I'm pretty sure they're incapable of understanding anything that doesn't already agree with them

this anti trans campaign stuff is starting to reach its boiling point and it's so comforting to see them grasping at straws trying to make it work. it's been scary out here, but I can see the resolution on the horizon and I am so full of hope.
