This is one of the most blatant examples of gaslighting you’ll ever see. This clip sums up the Labour Party. It sums up Angela Rayner. And, frankly, it sums up too most politicians. Laura Kuenssberg asks Rayner about Andy Burnham opening the door to a return to freedom of movement. He’s started the debate by talking about it. Kuenssberg: “The Labour manifesto in 2024 said in black and white ‘there will be no return to freedom of movement’. You stood on that manifesto. Andy Burnham promised to stick to that manifesto. He’s breaking that promise, isn’t he?” Then this from Rayner: “No he isn’t, because he’s been really clear that this Parliament, that manifesto, we are clear we are not reopening that debate.” Unbelievable. Even by her standards. Kuenssberg put her right immediately: “He’s literally just reopened this debate. It’s exactly what’s just happened.” She denies the debate has been reopened in the same breath as it is being reopened. They will say anything, no matter how obviously contradictory. We watch car crash after car crash from Labour ministers, yet they keep rising in the polls. No wonder the country is in such a mess.

Another one. "To play golf on the DPWT." 🤦 Guy has no status. Only "interesting" thing he ever did on DPWT was dig a trench behind his ball (on camera!!) in 2019 DDC. It made Patrick Reed look like Bobby Jones. Get your arse to Q-school, mate.
Lucas Herbert, an integral member of the all Australian Ripper GC on LIV Golf, has confirmed to me he is leaving the league to play on the DP World Tour in 2027. Lucas won twice on the LIV Golf League this season and shot an historic 62 at Royal Birkdale on his way to a T6 at The Open. He is also the third highest ranked Australian in the world and will be a huge asset to the DP World Tour next season.

A statement on yesterday….. Everything I said in that interview was true. However, rest assured I’m doing my best to turn things round. I have been in a mental health clinic for the last 10 weeks, finally discharging so I could attempt to play in Belfast I owed that to my family, in particular my daughter to see me play for what could be the last time….. I also owed it to the fans who have supported me throughout my 21 years on tour I also owed that to World Snooker who have been amazing from day on in all this, in particular Simon Brownell and Neil Tomkins who have remained in touch regularly, even Simon paying me a visit in the clinic itself I’m not ok, but I’m ok in that itself. I’ve been much worse in the last few months than you saw yesterday. I literally didn’t see a future in anything….. My daughter kept me going, the therapists, staff and all the other patients were amazing and helped me through some really dark days I see the light now that I couldn’t see before but I do now. I also know it won’t happen overnight. I’m a work in progress!!! My fight and determination on the table has always been there for ones to see. I need to show those same fighting qualities off it now for a while Please don’t detract anything from Jordan yesterday, he’s been aware of my struggles and that can’t have been easy to play in but he handled it with grace and skill as I knew he would. Im proud to call him a friend I hope the rest of the event is a success and I will continue my treatments going forward and then see what’s ahead Thank you to every single message I have received on here, instagram, Facebook, text messages and WhatsApp’s, I’ve seen them all but a bit overwhelmed to reply right now. Just know that they have helped me a lot but I’m not going anywhere just yet!!!! I have so much to live for and this is only the beginning of my new journey Also, I was not made to do any interviews, I was simply given a choice and felt I owed it to everyone to speak. The media team at WST have been incredible through all this too Thank you all x

An Iraqi who stood guard at ISIS mass executions crossed the Channel on a small boat. Served six months. Got spotted at the Co-op by Windsor Castle. Got recalled for breaching his conditions. Deported? Don't be daft. He might be mistreated in Iraq. Five SAS men sent to hunt ISIS in Syria? Arrested for murder. Homes searched. Questioned, then sent straight back into combat with a life sentence hanging over them. Three years in limbo. So the jihadi gets human rights. The men who hunt jihadis get handcuffs. The lawyer who hounded our troops with bogus war crimes claims got struck off, convicted of fraud, and walked out with a suspended sentence. The barrister who worked those cases with him was Attorney General until July. The Tories built this machine. Labour oiled it. Kemi's found her outrage just in time for the clip. Reform will scrap the HRA, leave the ECHR, and stand by the men who stand between us and the killers. Not for a news cycle. For good.

Every single sentence in your post is untrue. Labour’s 2002 ‘deal’ had very little long-term impact on migrants trying to sneak into the UK by lorry/container/vehicles. It simply moved from Sangette to other routes. Between 2014-2019 55,000 came in that way — an underestimate since many came in undetected and disappeared into society. Unlike boat people, nearly all of whom are counted. So it’s an obvious nonsense to say people weren’t being sent back because nobody was arriving. Tens of thousands were arriving. They switched to small boats when major advances in technology, perimeter defence of lorry/container parks and detection made lorries etc too risky to take. That’s why, from 2018 onwards, the small boat numbers grew fast. Nothing to do with EU, Brexit, Dublin rules, fairy dust etc. Why do you peddle such falsehoods?
2002 deal Labour struck with 🇫🇷 helped tackle lorry migrants. But small boats rocketed post-Brexit: 299ppl 2018 to 45,774 in 2022. When in EU, Dublin Rg was a deterrent as ppl arriving illegally wld be returned, so v.few came. We didn't send them back because they weren't here

Vicky 🙈…… it was your government that brought in CBAM, the carbon tax on fertiliser that lands in January. Jeremy Hunt announced it in December 2023. The Tories stuck the knife in. Labour are just twisting it. Reform is the only party that will scrap CBAM completely. @reformparty_uk @danny__kruger @TiceRichard @Conservatives @UKLabour #BritishFarming #FoodSecurity
Andy Burnham must get a grip of the real challenges facing our rural communities. But stacking a new fertiliser tax on top of the SFI shambles, giving away our food laws to the EU and hammering hard-working families with vindictive death taxes isn’t a strategy, it’s pushing British farming to the brink.

British farming is on the brink of total collapse, and I am utterly fed up of the champions league bullshitting we get from politicians and civil servants. I outlined to the head of DEFRA exactly why SO many farmers are SO furious with how we are being treated.

There’s a lot of self-serving spin emanating from the UK government about how virtuous it is re fiscal consolidation. Here are the facts. Labour inherited an OBR budget deficit forecast of £87bn (3.1% GDP) for FY2024/25. After R Reeves’ 1st disastrous budget the actual deficit was £153bn (5.2%). Massive jump. Labour inherited OBR budget deficit of £77bn (2.7%) for FY2025/26. After RR’s disastrous 2nd budget that turned out to be £133bn (4.3%). So in its first two years it added over £120bn to borrowing/deficit (despite huge increase in taxes). The OBR forecast it inherited for this FY2026/27 was £69bn (2.3%). It is now forecast to be £116bn (3.3%). That looks like an underestimate. More likely to be closer to £130bn again. Inherited budget forecast for 2027/28: £51bn (1.6%). Latest forecast: £97bn (2.9%). Inherited budget forecast for 2028/29: £39bn (1.2%). Latest forecast: £86bn (2.5%). Far from fiscal consolidation Labour is forecast to borrow an incredible £260bn more over the 5 years from 2024/25 than the forecasts it inherited. Despite the tax rises. Which will continue. Alone among G7 countries the IMF projects the UK tax burden to rise by 3.7% of GDP 2025-31. The only other country with a rising tax burden is France (0.8%). Italy is static. Rest of G7 have falling tax burden. And let’s not forget Labour’s so-called ‘fiscal consolidation’ is all backloaded to end-decade. Unlikely to happen. So taxes will have to rise by even more.

The Ukrainian saboteur on trial in Germany over the Nord Stream pipeline’s destruction said that he was just following orders given by the Ukrainian military. For the record, the Ukrainians accused the Russians of doing it and the British, who hate Russia for some reason, pushed that lie.

Marvellous well done Labour… keep hitting those nails into British Farming coffins.
Exactly as I warned over a year ago … Labour has confirmed that from January 2027, imported fertiliser will have a UK carbon tax. (Moronic) This will push up the cost of growing British food, hurting farmers and consumers. I predict Burnham will then say rejoining the EU would solve the problem! But remember… This is a tax imposed by the BRITISH GOVERNMENT. They are doing it to us. Labour has CHOSEN to impose this tax and will use it as a reason to rejoin. They really do think we’re stupid

Well done by the @LPGA They just sent an email to the players that said they are each receiving $1,000 off of their entry fee to Q-school. Although it won’t cover most of the players extra expenses the fact is the Tour isn’t in a financial position to just refund entry fees.
