I wish #Stem could be renamed to STEMP education. The P = problem solving. Many teachers do not know when they create a problem solving environment, they are helping STEM education. You donβt have to be a STEM teacher to teach STEM activities. Problem solvers = good employees.

Student experience is EVERYTHING. They wonβt always feel comfortable (growth is hard), they wonβt always feel successful (failure happens when you are learning), but they should always feel like they belong and are loved.
