If you are in town today do pop in and say hello, we’d love to see you 🙂

Happy birthday NHS. Without you I may not have been able to deliver my twins safely and my father-in-law might not be here today. Thank you isn’t enough. #NHS75 #thankyou

Check out this parking @KingsLynnPolice #ohdear #parkingfail

A huge personal thank you to this most special of teams. I am very fortunate to have the job of supporting you all, the difference you make is immeasurable. You are all amazing, every single day. #thankyou #InternationalVolunteerDay

Never been so glad for peri-menopausal warmth as this eve @daraobriain gig @CambridgeCornEx it was nothing short of Baltic in the auditorium but I was warm as toast! Fab show, if nothing else the laughing will have warmed the rest of the audience!

I have tired feet, but a very full heart. It was an absolute pleasure to help organise & attend today’s volunteer recruitment event. The response from the public was great, the support from my team was over and above as ever. #GoodDay #volunteer #team

Wow, our little venture is 2! No idea quite how since it was 5 mins since we launched. Huge thanks to all our supporters and listeners, we literally couldn’t do it without you. So excited to share our next big step on 4.11.22 #fawkesinthewalks #DAB #localradioisback #thankyou

First day as Voluntary Services Manager @TeamQEH_VolServ @TeamQEH an excellent (if chilly start) joining my patient experience colleagues for a staff engagement event. The gift bags are a lovely touch and much appreciated. #newteam #newjob #sameplace

My last day in cancer services was made incredibly special today by my lovely team. I’m not going to be a million miles always but they still took the opportunity to go all out with decs, buffet lunch, fake fizz & a beautiful gift. #lastday #topteam #TeamQEH

Our break in Corfu was perfect but there really is nothing like crisp bright walk on a Sunday morning. #lovewestnorfolk #bigskies #autumn #home #lovewhereyoulive #sunday

As much as I shall miss @CShawQEH I will be safe to wear this again in future without fear of twinning! Huge love to the fabulous Mrs Shaw, and all the very best wishes for your new job.

May she rest in peace. Thank you for your service Your Majesty.

I *may* have treated myself to a new bag (or two), well, new job new bag as the saying goes 😉 #bags #radley #shoppingday #treatyourself

Thrilled to be able to share that I have been chosen to be the new Voluntary Services Manager @TeamQEH honoured to have been given this opportunity & just can’t wait to get started! #newjob #volunteering #happy #nextchapter

Home from a much needed break with @SimonRowe a fabulous break in the winter sun in Tenerife including an amazing experience watching the sun set at altitude & star gazing in Tiede national park #holiday #rested #wintersun #escape

Feeling really grateful & a bit spoilt by my lovely colleagues, I’m so excited for my next challenge but very happy to still be in the same trust & available for coffee & catch ups @TeamQEH #newjob #leavingnotleaving #grateful #whatalovelylot

A huge thank you to the listeners of @RadioWNorfolk your kind generosity has been overwhelming and made the Toy Appeal an enormous success. Thank you also to our partners and sponsors @YourLocalPaper and Ward Gethin Archer for your kind support #thankyou

Bath, you were the perfect venue for our weekend away. We’ve walked our legs off, had fabulous food and drink and seen some great sights. #weekendaway #sorelaxed #spa #Bath

This boy adores Only Fools & Horses so today was a day off to take him to see the musical. Truly fantastic day, huge fun had by all #daytrip #London #onlyfoolsandhorses #musical #allthefun

A few from a lovely break with the fam. Loads of walking, eating, days out & movie nights in. Not all as sedate as the photos suggest the Mario Kart contests were pretty loud & I’m miffed no-one captured my hole in 1 at mini golf! #timeoff #rested&recharged
