Unless @Apple's decision to terminate @craigraw's Apple Developer account is reversed by June 30, all new installs of Sparrow will fail, and development on macOS will end. If you value Sparrow, a repost would help. @AppleSupport
My attempt to protect users from scam apps on the @AppStore has gotten my Apple Developer account flagged for termination - ironically, for "dishonest activity".
Unless it's reversed by June 30, all new installs of Sparrow Wallet will fail, and development on macOS will end.
The context: since 2023, more than a dozen fake "Sparrow" apps have appeared on the App Store, as recently as April this year. Users have contacted me after losing their savings, in some cases their life savings, to these impersonators.
I'm the developer of the real Sparrow Wallet, a desktop app, and I hold the registered US trademarks for the name and logo. I have publicly warned @Apple and the community about these fake apps from early 2024, but they keep appearing.
The app @Apple flagged was a placeholder that was never published. Its only purpose was to warn users that Sparrow is desktop-only and that other "Sparrow" apps aren't mine. This approach may have been misguided, but there was nothing dishonest about it.
I'm confident this is an automated misclassification that Apple would reverse on review - but I may be terminated before a human ever looks at my appeal. The cost would fall on @Apple's own users: blocked installs and no updates for a tool people rely on, which opens the door for more fakes.
If you value Sparrow, a repost would help. @AppleSupport

If you believe free speech is for you but not your political opponents, you're illiberal.
If no contrary evidence could change your beliefs, you're a fundamentalist.
If you believe the state should punish those with contrary views, you're a totalitarian.
If you believe political opponents should be punished with violence or death, you're a terrorist.

NEW: Michael Saylor’s full "21 Truths of #Bitcoin" presentation from today’s Digital Asset Summit. 🚀
Sem se compreender o sistema financeiro atual e as falhas no dólar americano, no Euro, no Yen ou no Peso, não é possível compreender os conceitos necessários para reconhecer #Bitcoin como dinheiro.
Without understanding the existing financial system and the flaws in the US dollar, Euro, Yen or Peso, you won't be able to grasp the concepts necessary to recognize and fully grasp #Bitcoin as money.
In Bitcoin, being dishonest becomes extremely expensive—a cost that grows even higher as more participants join the network. That’s why not needing to trust each node individually is so crucial. No bank, government, or institution can stop a transaction. The Blockchain records everything forever, and the mathematics and physics behind it ensure that the transactions and value are real.

Memo to the press:
When a president is elected by the People and then does what he promised to do, that’s democracy.
When a president is thwarted by unelected bureaucrats, that’s oligarchy.
President Trump refuses to bend the knee to that oligarchy. Buckle up!

The American electorate decisively reelects Donald Trump. Ergo: The German government falls, the French government falls, the South Korean president declares martial law, Bashar al-Assad flees Syria. There’s an economic chain reaction, too. Bitcoin rallies, the dollar rallies, U.S. stocks rally, Tesla rallies. Meanwhile, the Russian currency weakens, China slides deeper into deflation, and Iran’s economy reels.
Japan was known for its orderliness, decorum, respect, cleanliness and beauty. The society itself maintained a relationship with the sacred, while the West had begun to lay the foundations for the secularism and collectivism that it’s now suffering from.
The tendency toward excessive Randianism or Libertarianism risks trending toward empty materialism if it is not counterbalanced by something more sacred, like a faith or warrior ethic. The world is full of those who are all too ready to trade their reputation, compatriots or children’s futures for not even a bag of silver, but an “account” with made up digits courtesy of some bureaucrats a thousand miles away.
Whether we’re talking about cheap influencers peddling crypto scams, bankers selling out their own customers, neighbors snitching on neighbors, celebrities becoming political commentators, comedians being paid to push climate agendas, or overweight scientists pretending they know something about health - it’s the same sickness.
In the absence of honor we find only echoes of Judas. To hell with truth or justice. Why is any of that important when morality is relative and when nobody is watching from above? And who cares who’s watching from the crowd, because there are no standards anyway. Right?
Honor is like a set of standards, which you first and foremost measure yourself with, then make public so that your peers, and those who you respect, can keep you accountable. Being dishonorable is akin to lying to yourself and such consistent lying creates a dissonance in your own psychology. So whether you believe in something more metaphysical or not, there is a clear and measurable psychological price to pay. The path of dishonor or selling yourself out leads ultimately to dissonance, which in turn often leads to emptiness and nihilism, unless you’re clinically a psychopath.
Whether you want to call its judge God, or conscience, the effect is the same. The point is to hold you to a standard beyond what’s materially measurable.
When nothing is sacred and nothing matters, status is no longer measured by the character of a man, but by the currency he has access to. It follows that in a world where currency is fraudulent, so too is status - in many cases at least. Without intangibles like honor and reputation, we find ourselves with an inversion of status, which lead to an inversion in order. Hence why we live in an age where the despicable and resentful rule.
…
We cannot put a price on reputation - at least not a monetary price. Those who are trying to tokenize reputation, and turn it into another material currency, don’t seem to understand this. Reputation is neither fungible, nor should it be saleable.
The whole point of reputation is that it is not something you can trade. While reputation can be viewed as a form of metaphysical currency, it’s important to remember that it’s not money, and be wary when the lines are being blurred.
Ultimately, reputation matters, and the only way to build it is with time, honesty and integrity. Nobody is perfect, mistakes will be made, but the solution remains the same: proof of work.

Bitcoin is a better investment than Swiss hotels or restaurants or car factories because bitcoin is offering a far more valuable product to the world: a replacement for central banks. Since central banks are the absolute worst, most criminal and most destructive thing on earth, there is an enormous market reward for anyone that can put offer people an alternative. When you buy bitcoin, you are growing the bitcoin pool of liquidity and offering people a money better than central bank slavery. You're making bitcoin better and the market rewards you for your investment. The world needs a central bank replacement a lot more than Switzerland needs another hotel.
But this is a transitory phase that cannot last forever. Bitcoin can't keep replacing central banks forever. Eventually it replaces them all and when they and all their shitcoins are dead, bitcoin won't be making enormous returns anymore. It only makes enormous return by eating other crappy moneys , but when all the crappy moneys die, bitcoin only grows in value as the production of other goods increases. It will only appreciate at 1-5% per year in terms of most goods and services. At that point, Swiss hotels become attractive again.
Deflation is NOT a bad thing, and this is the biggest and most criminal psyop ever perpetuated on humanity, because everything evil is downstream from government inflation, and this is the justification for inflation. Deflation is just another word for economic growth. It is completely normal and good that things become cheaper over time. That's why we work. Work produces things and when things become more abundant they become cheaper. The market chooses the money that is the hardest to make precisely because the limit on supply growth makes it depreicate the least. The natural order is that everything gets cheaper. This does NOT mean that nobody would be consuming or investing. People do not consume just because they expect their money to depreciate. They consume to survive and to enjoy life. It doesn't matter how much cheaper you expect food, clothing, phones,or shelter will be next year. You want these things today and will pay for them today to use them today. Everyone knows their laptop and phone will be significantly cheaper next year and yet they all buy it. It's true that appreciating money will make you less likely to spend money on frivolous bullshit you don't need, and that's a good thing. Debt-fueled mass consumption is a moral disaster for humanity and Bitcoin can't kill it soon enough. The world doesn't need you to waste money on stupid bullshit.
And people don't just invest because they expect money to depreciate. They invest because productive activity produces a surplus over holding money. And the key thing to remember is that money would not appreciate if people weren't investing and producing. So it's impossible to imagine a scenario where nobody invests but money appreciates.
In sum, deflation is great, and it is the absolute best thing about bitcoin. Bitcoin being deflationary makes it the best investment opportunity in the world for as long as central banks exist. You are being perfectly rational to not want to invest in things that aren't as productive, morally imperative, and important as ending central banks. There'll be plenty of time and money for Swiss hotels when central banks are dead.

I buy $1 of #Bitcoin every hour of every day no matter the price via auto-DCA.
It is not logical, but it is to service a point... I'm buying literally every single high and every single low. Yes, it's about stacking more sats, but it is more-so about the message.
Likewise the only stock I own is MSTR because more than any other stock this one is accelerating the transition from fiat to #Bitcoin via the "trojan horse" path and minimizing the probability of the "kinetic revolution" path.
I DCA hourly to say to the world "I'll buy the top forever" and I buy MSTR to say to the world "follow @saylor's lead and transition smoothly to #Bitcoin"...
Both of these are about making more money but ultimately I want a better future.
Ironically, both my $1 hourly buy and my MSTR positions alone will be "generational wealth" in 30 years.

With our governments banning cash payments, printing money and taxing us into oblivion and CBDCs around the corner we all should be extremely concerned about our (financial) freedom.
Could #bitcoin be the solution? Highly recommend watching the @godblessBTCfilm for answers.
