Democrats have opposed these GOP-led, anti-worker policies. Republican politicians are suppressing their voters, favoring the affluent elite over the working class. The GOP has a base predominantly of white voters uncomfortable with non-white populations, topped by white billionaires who bankroll Republican candidates while seeking to maintain low taxes and high profits.
