I saw someone at Nairobi West hospital SHA desk, asking why in the system his file was closed and status reads deceased.
After he left I asked the lady and she said he probably helped someone use his SHA and the person died.
Second night in a row I’m seeing a baby in critical condition, with parents allegedly trying to use someone else’s SHA (Comp)details to secure admission. 💔

This a memo to all the sanctimonius dimwits that have been camped here two days hyperventilating about a comment they did not understand.
The subject matter is a “dysfunctional country”. A country is not the State oo government. The functioning or dysfunction of country refers to its civic culture, not the performance of its public officials. By dysfunctional country I understand overlapping drivers causing endless gridlocks, where buildings collapsing, students burning schools and murderous cults become normalized. Yes, dysfunctional country can be exhausting, but no one owes you better one. Whatever you think of those of us who have stepped forward to do our bit, whether we are corrupt or unsophisticated, we are better than you.
