3,000 / 3,000 Yachts minted, five years in ⛵️ And we’re still early 👀 Yesterday night we’ve reached a milestone we’ve been building toward for a very long time... and there is much more to come! But first: thank you all so much! 🙏 To everyone who has supported The 8102 over the years, whether you minted or bought one of our NFTs, subscribed to premium, competed in Regattas, deployed your teams, crafted items, or simply stayed with us: we are truly grateful for you 💙 And especially for those who have been with us for years. You've helped make The 8102 what it is today! We've always chosen to build for the long run. Through every market cycle, we've kept expanding the game, its mechanics and its lore. Seeing people actually play and enjoy what we build is what keeps pushing us forward. Every single day. Now that the Yachts reached their milestone, we can finally start bringing the next part of our world to life. The Yachts sailed so the T-LAWs could strike 💥 You've been hearing about the T-LAWs for a long time. As the most loyal among you know, good things are worth waiting for. Tarantula-like robotic killing machines, reprogrammed by Gerry and turned against the rogue Super AI that created them 🕷️ When we first planned the T-LAWs, we imagined the journey would look very different. So over the years we’ve built things in a different sequence from what we originally envisioned, while also adding things we didn’t quite factor in back then. So we’re taking the time to work out how the T-LAWs should enter the world we’ve built, and making sure they fit everything that’s happened since. For now we’re improving Supply Runs, building 3D experiences with ODK for Otherside and our new website to reach many new players and grow the excitement 🎮 Five years in, we’ll never stop building The 8102 into everything we know it can be! 🫡
