Today we say goodbye to our shrewsbury super star ASH STOREY. Ash has been with us for the last few years now & always has a smile on his face & a great hard working attitude & has even won team member of the year in the past due to what a top man he is. He would like to stay but Ash is actually doing something pretty amazing & is spending the 8-10 months doing a run for charity all the way across Africa. He is starting is Dakar , Senegal (on the Atlantic coast) & will be finishing in Mogadishu , Somalia. He will be covering a distance of over 9000km & hopes to cover 45km per day! You can follow his progress on his you tube channel . We hope when he makes it back he will come & see us to show off his intimidating quadriceps!
Sounds sensible....

Great day rowing at Ironbridge in the MasE8+! 🚣♂️
The crew delivered a brilliant performance, beating a strong Bewdley crew by a length and a half. Two of the crew have only been rowing for a 16 months, stepped up and produced some of their best rowing yet.
Proud of the crew 💪

Beautiful walk today, 7.8km from Saint Eulalia to EsCane, Ibiza. Always love to do this walk at least once while here.
Love this kind of thing in Spain. “Why spend millions burying a high pressure water main when we can just nail it to the side of the road" 😁

Doing this to support a mate of mine, Stu who was doing marathon charity row today.
Initially was aiming for a sub 2:00 split however part way I made peace with going over this if necessary. With a push at the end, just managed to pull it back. Phew!

Been a while since I have done a 5k, decided to try and hold 30spm but lungs had different ideas 1500m in. More work to do but pretty happy with the result though.
