Managed 5 miles in 28 degrees at 7:30am to a ruin of a #castillo #sweaty #holidayrunning #gurn @UKRunChat @TeachersRunClub

So hot even at 7:45! Still managed a slow and steady 5k! #summerhols #gurn @TeachersRunClub @UKRunChat – at Roquetas de Mar, Spain

Last day of the school year 5k done ✔️ and 20 years of teaching under my belt! #summerholidays #gurn for every teacher finishing today #welldone and if you’ve got a few days to go #youcandoit @TeachersRunClub @UKRunChat

Morning miles completed ✔️ Getting the runs a little longer but urgh still #tough #gurn @UKRunChat @TeachersRunClub

This is what I’ve missed the most; running in the morning. Oh so #peaceful and oh so #pretty had to balance it with a #gurn @UKRunChat @TeachersRunClub

4 weeks since my knee #arthroscopy and I just managed a steady 5k! It’s been too long but I’m back! #steadyaway #gurn @UKRunChat @TeachersRunClub #notarealkraken

Back walking and #gurning @parkrunUK this morning after my knee arthroscopy, few more weeks until I can run again but parkrun no.444 completed ✔️ @UKRunChat @TeachersRunClub

It’s been a while, but I tore my meniscus back in November and today I’m having an arthroscopy to fix it. So watch this space as the #gurning will be #returning @AiredaleNHSFT

Busy busy @Listerparkrun this morning, but I did get a helping hand pushing peg leg up the hill on the last lap and big child completed her 4th #volunteer #gurn #brokenleg @UKRunChat @TeachersRunClub

Not what I had in mind when I think of #postergirl 🤣🤣 Fab race though with much chocolate at the end. #guyfawkes10 #niddvalleyroadrunners #gurn @UKRunChat @TeachersRunClub

Back @Listerparkrun for Martin’s 500th with little legs back in the buggy as she’s managed to fracture her tibia Big legs volunteered 😍 #fullbodyworkout #gurn @TeachersRunClub @parkrunUK @UKRunChat

Thought I’d test the hamstring this morning in Thailand. Can’t believe how humid it is!! Supplemented my loss of water with a cucumber. Hamstring was fine but was a drippy mess after 1.5miles maybe a swim tomorrow instead #gurn #holidayrunning @UKRunChat @TeachersRunClub

So my hamstring is torn (see pic) so I walked @Listerparkrun with 4yo in the buggy and the biggest child doing her first #volunteer with scanning. #gurn #bruise @parkrunUK @TeachersRunClub @UKRunChat

#nomoregetups Pre last day bimble! #humid The canals are closed so there’s lots of #pondlife #gurn #6weeksoff to all finishing today, enjoy some r&r! @UKRunChat @TeachersRunClub

Just too hot 🥵. Managed 1.5 miles whilst my tyres were getting changed. #gurn #oneweektogo #summerhols @UKRunChat @TeachersRunClub

#TrigpointTuesday slow bimble up to Norr Hill trig point and a quick bimble back down again! #gurn @TeachersRunClub @UKRunChat

Did @gedlingparkrun on Saturday. Kids managed half of it before quitting due to the heat which left me to sweat from the eyebrows for 2.5k. This evening have bimbled to a very windy #TrigPoint #gurn #humid @UKRunChat @TeachersRunClub

2 glorious evenings, 2 lovely, hilly runs! #gurn #wildlife #hayfever @UKRunChat @TeachersRunClub

Cheeky little run before some CPD this morning. It was sunny, I got soaked in a shower and saw all the cute little #goslings and #cygnets #calfs #gurn #HappyFriday @UKRunChat @TeachersRunClub

New mum run level unlocked. Not much time to get a run in so picked up #littlelegs and she ran home from nursery with me #startingyoung #futureolympian #gurn @UKRunChat @TeachersRunClub
