I'm thinking of teaching a live course on the Fixed Stars. I did it in Portuguese a couple of years ago, and it was a huge success (= people seemed to love it, it was not a block buster).

We have free-will; our choices can't be predicted, strictly speaking.
We are born into specific conditions that we can't change or influence.
Astrological predictions talk about what's in the middle of these 2 levels.
Yes, that's a huge limitation, but I don't make the rules.

Free-will and determination are concepts that make sense only in time -- in our modality of time, that is, with a before and an after.
"CHALLENGE. - I, Elizabeth Wilkinson, of Clerkenwell, having had some words with Hannah Hyfield, and requiring satisfaction, do invite her to meet me upon the stage, and box me for three guineas; each woman holding half-a-crown in each hand,
and the first woman that drops the money to lose the battle.

Next time someone pitches a fit over “Averroes” for “Ibn Rušd” because “tHaT’s nOt HiS nAmE” I am going to explain my dismay at Arabs referring to Aristotle and Cicero as [ʔaristˤuː] and [ʃiːʃaruːn]. Then I will ask them to swear never to speak of “Confucius” but rather of [kʰˤoŋʔtsəʔ], to refer to Ramesses II only as [ɾiːʕaʔməˈsiːsu], and to call King Xerxes by no other name than [χʃəjaːr̥ʃaː].
"Do you know how the French call someone like you?"
"No, what do they call me?"
"Stupid."
"But that's English."
"You don't get any brighter in French."
I’m editing videos of two very different people.
One of them is horrible; he mutters, clear his throat, stops an explanation to smoke, I have to cut stuff every half minute.
The other is clear, I barely have to do anything.
Both of them are me.

This is John Milton's natal chart.
OK, The Moon (about to leave the sign of the Garden, her own exaltation) may account for the title of his most famous poem, Paradise Lost...
But note what else is happening.
He has all the planets below the Horizon -- under the Earth.
The proud ruler of the Underworld,
"Th' infernal Serpent; he it was [...]"
the one who

Against the Throne and Monarchy of God
Rais'd impious War in Heav'n and Battel proud
With vain attempt.",
the
"Arch-Enemy,
And thence in Heav'n call'd Satan”…
