All my crypto is stored on the blockchain, yet my keys have never been entered into a device.
They were born once, in RAM, on a machine that booted from a KŌINIkeystick and never touched the internet. I wrote the seed down with a pen, confirmed it, and pulled the plug. Power-off erased the only place the key ever existed.
No hardware wallet holding them. No phone, laptop, or browser that ever saw them. Nothing stored on the stick itself. Just paper and the blockchain.
The whole thing takes about ten minutes, plug in, boot, roll some dice or dice.koini.io, write it down, and pull the plug. That easy.
