28th ASEAN Regional Forum Heads of Defence Universities, Colleges, Institutions Meeting #ARFHDUCIM was organised at Victoria, British Columbia, Canada from 20 Oct to 23 Oct 2026, on the theme of #MultiDomainOperations. It was attended by four delegates from India.

The faculty and course members of the 66th National Defence College Course called on President Droupadi Murmu at Rashtrapati Bhavan.
The President said that today, national security extends beyond military capabilities and it requires close cooperation between scientific institutions and the armed forces to translate innovation into practical solutions. She highlighted the important role of government initiatives in the development of technologies critical to strategic requirements, economic security and Atmanirbharta.
