What a beautiful day for our #cctc2024 Walk and Learn session! Make your own ‘cookie’ trail mix might be one of my new favourite things.🍪❄️☀️😍 heartcareeducators.ca
Absolutely beautiful day ☀️ with some beautiful colleagues on our HEARTcare Walk and Learn. Sometimes the best views come after the toughest climbs. Full ❤️s. #grateful heartcareeducators.ca
Having a paw-rtner and a plan can make all the difference.❤️🐾🌕🌲🥾 #fieldselfcarestreak heartcareeducators.ca/
What CAN we do if we decide to go outside (almost) everyday? With a nudge from some legitimate challenges of the last few years, we decided to turn an empty corner of our field into a favourite place to be.❤️ #TakeMeOutside

Kicked off our #fieldselfcarestreak with a morning walk, sun on our face, and some reflective practice. Oh and a proper sit down (hot) coffee with actual coffee cream. heartcareeducators.ca/ ❤️🐾🌕

One of our favourite transition activities we’ve been trying out this year is a #physed Mystery Box. We all get to take a look inside at the end of PE while lining up and then try and describe and write the items and details when we get back to our homeroom.👍👍
I fully admit 🙋🏻♀️ to cheering louder than an entire class of kindergarten when these Dudes rolled in! 🌳🌳🌳🌳🌳🪨🪨🪨🪨🪨🌱🌿🍁❤️ #wearecbe
