The more I work on developing #digitalhealth products & services for #India’s #lastmile & now #Bangladesh the more I realise the effectiveness of Simple Solutions, that’s probably a little retro?
For instance, #IVR if done right.
Most often, people focus on #voiceassistants & complex #digital support, while #IVRs can have more impact in the last mile when thoughtfully designed.
When we move away from the Siris & Alexas but bring in a human for instance?
Here are some examples that I’ve come across where a simple solution can create lasting impact.
