The management at #KarachiSafariPark has proven incapable of effective supervision of the elephants care, proven INCOMPETENT! Why are they still in place? @Murtazawahab1

How many elephants must die before @Murtazawahab1 hands over their day-to-day care to people who know what they are doing? #KarachiElephants #WhenFourPawsGo

Had Four Paws retained day-to-day mgmt of the 🐘🐘 as originally planned they would not be in this dire situation! The expertise & will to keep #Karachielephants safe and well is absent in #Karachi @Murtazawahab1

Four Paws were originally meant to manage the elephant enclosure at #KarachiSafariPark but @Murtazawahab1 wouldn’t allow this consequently the #Karachielephants have been left to suffer and die Due to the systemic failures of #KarachiSafariPark management

It's clear that Madhubala’s issues are once more caused by poor husbandry coupled with a lack of care or expertise & compounded by an absence of effective supervision @Murtazawahab1 @KmcPakistan #WhenFourPawsGo

The people of Edmonton rise up and speak up for Lucy !
Shane Janisch 🇺🇦🐬🐳🐘@janischshaneOct 11
Lucy was brought from Sri Lanka to a cold Canadian zoo as a young elephant. Decades alone, confined indoors through freezing winters, with no elephant herd then the zoo says she is too sick to move. The conditions helped make her sick. She deserves an independent, transparent path.

Poor husbandry and zero supervision is how elephants like Madhubala end up suffering for years. Wild animals aren't vending machines for tourists #WhenFourPawsGo
