Another successful day of interaction with our fantastic team of dispatchers in Noriwch Cfr’s putting them through their paces, when our cfr’s respond to a patient in Cardiac Arrest they will inevitably be first on scene and can be providing life support for a considerable time.

Our dispatchers got a taste of that and certainly got “a sweat on”. Then we showcased our Raizer Chair.These days are an opportunity to educate, engage get 2 way conversations going because without each other working together the process of deployment just doesn’t work.

Road trip yesterday getting as many @EEAST_CFRS scheme cars out as possible. As a Trust we are extremely lucky to have a collaboration with @_Tom_A_Ward who recognises the benefit of CFR’s in the community. Yesterday he handed over a sponsored car @Norfolk_CFR_Mgr

no secondment release due to staffing levels. My passion for our volunteers /opportunity for my development = resign take the secondment and hope for the best come March 24. That didn’t help the staffing levels did it ! @EEAST_DLONC let’s have a great shift tomorrow #lastone
