A brief summary video that shares the 1st chapter of our story for a Trust wide T&L model. Great to see, hear & feel the collaborative approach from the festival that launched it! So many wonderful people attended, engaged and contributed. 🚀⚡️🤘
For those about to teach, we salute you! Last week, we unveiled our proposed 'ACDC' teaching and learning model as part of the Trust’s commitment to ensure that we expose more students to more impactful teaching more of the time. Read more stories here: xptrust.org/stories

By perfecting the art of crisis management through experiential learning🤣😂. My apologies if this is your current reality @tjgolding . However, from an observer perspective, there rarely ever seems to be a plan.🤦🏽‍♀️

I’m in Suriname at the moment training teachers. Its clear here that the lack of a joined up approach between vision, policy and practice is a significant barrier to progress. Seems like Singapore really has this well aligned…. but it’s still hard to change? #networkedchat

Policy learning not policy borrowing. Everything works somewhere but why it works is complex and often culturally dependent.
Please take a look and share your reflections of our latest #LessonsfromSingapore blog, from @ShelleyD04 ~ bit.ly/42wys8E #networkedchat

#networkEDchat Great blog thanks Emma. I think most Headteachers in Wales will look with envy on the more centralized financial control and I commend the more joined up middle tier approach. Add this to innovation in curriculum being left to experts #happpydays
Next blog release in our Singapore Series - 'To make a purposeful change, we need to look at the structures of our education system at a national level. In addition, there needs to be closer alignment with schools and government policy.' #networkEdchat🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿❤️ shorturl.at/nLU25

Imagine what a difference such a streamlined, consistent, harmonious system could make in Wales! A question - with policy decided only on the basis of the country's economic success , does this mean a narrower curriculum? Are the expressive arts valued, for e.g.? #NetworkEdChat
