Unlike most L2s (Arbitrum, Optimism, Base, zkSync) that are built to make Ethereum cheaper.
They compete on fees, speed, and developer tools, no new thing just reinventing the wheel

DogeOS isn't doing that.
It's building an application layer on top of Dogecoin, targeting a completely different user base.
DOGE holders who have never touched DeFi, yield, on-chain gaming, or a DEX.
DogeOS keeps things minimal on purpose. All computation happens off-chain, and Dogecoin only verifies a single ZK proof — keeping the base layer fast and simple rather than loading it with VM complexity like most L2s do.

- For the @MyDoge v2 wallet: When a sender sends a Doge🐶 TIP to a recipient, MyDogeTip posts a notification directly on the X (formerly Twitter) post; the sender then completes the process by confirming the transaction from within their MyDoge wallet (authorizing the transfer of Doge🐶 to the recipient).
- For the @MyDoge wallet (version v3): When Doge🐶 is sent as a tip to a recipient via an X (formerly Twitter) post, MyDogeTip will notify the sender directly (without posting a notification on the post itself). Once the sender confirms the transfer of Doge🐶 to the recipient, MyDogeTip will then post a reply directly on the X post.
