At Voice & Justice Alliance, we believe that understanding the lived experiences of communities affected by conflict is essential if we are to build better systems, stronger policy, and meaningful reconciliation. That is why we will be attending the Exodus Conference. We are there to listen, to learn, and to better understand the lasting impact that displacement during the Troubles continues to have on individuals, families and communities. Research such as this provides an important evidence base that helps shape conversations around trauma, memory, justice and societal change. As an organisation committed to turning lived experience into policy and practice, we recognise that lasting reform begins by hearing people's stories with respect and understanding the long-term consequences of decisions made decades ago. We look forward to hearing from those who have shared their experiences and learning from the research being presented. Every story matters. Every experience has something to teach us. #VoiceAndJusticeAlliance #Exodus #LivedExperience #TraumaInformed #Peacebuilding #Legacy #CommunityVoices #Policy #Learning #NorthernIreland @newgatearts @dcsdcouncil @niexecutive – at Londonderry, Northern Ireland
