IT'S TIME TO DISCOVER

Customer interview quality is often determined before the first question is asked.
Don’t start with: How many interviews?
Start with: Who do we need to learn from?
Six well-chosen customers may teach more than ten nearly identical ones.
The sample is the strategy.

Product teams need signal.
DISCOVER is about the work between them: probing, interpreting, structuring, and combining customer evidence so it can actually guide product decisions.

"Dixie" on X with @HomemadeWL - showing what I love the best, a personal video of how she overcame Plantar Fasciitis.
The crazy thing about PF, is that sufferers end up becoming experts, because the "experts" are often not that helpful:

There are not many fresh takes on plantar fasciitis. But this video by Athlean-X has some fresh stretches, building resilence

When I get to heaven, I want to ask God why podiatrists promote everything that doesn't work, instead of the only things that do work:
GENTLE stretching
Strengthen the foot
Wide toe box - low drop shoes
Work up to walking barefoot

Most Doctors are COVERING UP the root cause.
I found this out the hard way not only from healing an autoimmune condition naturally but also dealing with diagnosed plantar fasciitis for 6+ years.
What I learned recently is that Foot Problems only get WORSE with Orthopedics.
I went to a foot Doctor 3 years ago in Colombia. He prescribed me steroids to decrease the inflammation in my feet and orthopedics.
When I came back to the office to pickup the new orthopedic molds, he asked if I took the steroids. I told him,
"Absolutely not."
He then proceeded to get very angry telling me I was noncompliant.
I asked him calmly, "The orthopedics are supposed to fix the problem right?"
He said, "Yes."
I said, "If the problem will be fixed from the orthopedics, then there is no reason to take drugs to bring down the inflammation, right?"
He stormed out of the room and avoided me in the halls.
What I didn't know then was that the orthopedics were just like the steroids he was trying to prescribe.
They would only help with the pain by BLOCKING my foots ability to drop.
See, my foot was actually screaming in pain because of the issues in my hips, sacrum, and pelvic floor.
As I started addressing these issues, I realized I never needed orthopedics and they were just prolonging the issue.
In fact, for flat footed plantar faciitis, the foot structure and muscles/tendons need to be strengthened.
For high arched foot pain, the muscles throughout the body need to be relaxed so the arch can drop.
This is only one of hundreds of examples related to how western medicine tries to coverup bullethole problems with bandaids.
Dig deeper and you'll find the answers.

PARENTS: Make sure that your kids have shoes with wide enough toe boxes. You'll have to do a bit of work to make sure they work well.
Their adult version will thank you with pain-free feet.

Apparently, being a "Harvard economist" doesn't require any knowledge about the impact of fiat currencies . 100%, this guy is a fan of Keynesian ideas, and is otherwise removed from reality.
Almost a decade ago I was the Harvard economist that said that bitcoin was more likely to be worth $100 than 100k. What did I miss? I was far too optimistic about the US coming to its senses about sensible cryptocurrency regulation; why would policymakers want to facilitate tax evasion and illegal activities? Second, I did not appreciate how Bitcoin would compete with fiat currencies to serve as the transactions medium of choice in the twenty-trillion dollar global underground economy. This demand puts a floor on its price, as I discuss at length in my new book Our Dollar, Your Problem. Third, I did not anticipate a situation where regulators, and especially the regulator in chief, would be able to brazenly hold hundreds of millions (if not billions) of dollars in cryptocurrencies seemingly without consequence given the blatant conflict of interest.
