The Air Force not only withdrew his pension following a dishonorable discharge but also issued a bill for overpayment covering the eleven years he received funds.
"The rank reduction applied retroactively," said Lieutenant Colonel Malcom Reynolds of Air Force Central Command. "That makes the payments excessive. He may repay the total at once or gradually with interest."
Colonel Reynolds notes that Kelly owes slightly more than $100,000.
"Sedition carries consequences."

The 60 Minutes sob story tonight highlighted an illegal alien and his wife and two children.
One problem. The illegal alien claimed he was a HOMOSEXUAL in order to try and dodge deportation to Mali.
You literally cannot make this up.
This illegal alien is @60Minutes poster child for what it claims are wrongful deportations. I pulled his file. His claimed reason for fearing Mali was that he is “gay,” just in case you’re wondering how bad the immigration fraud problem is.

Fixed it: An Illegal who has been living in Texas for 25 years illegally was deported.
A Texas father who had lived in the U.S. for 25 years with no criminal record was finishing his night shift as an Uber driver when immigration agents detained him.
Without being able to speak to his lawyer or a judge, he was put on a plane and sent first to Ghana, a country where he had no ties. He was then sent to his home country, despite a determination by a U.S. immigration court judge that he could not be deported there due to likely persecution. cbsn.ws/3Ude66r

Two bicyclists were killed in a hit-and-run crash in Montclair overnight. A large group of bicyclists was on a Halloween-themed ride when a driver struck several riders and took off. He was later arrested. abc7ne.ws/zc25sZ

The conditions allowing for the safe return of Ms. Machado to Venezuela is the direct result of the U.S. supported reconciliation talks which has already seen hundreds of political prisoners freed and hundreds of political opposition figures return from exile.
The United States expects the freedoms of all sectors of Venezuelan politics to continue to be respected. Likewise, we expect all political actors to support these talks which represent the best chance Venezuela has had in thirty years to peacefully achieve not just a free and fair election but an enduring democracy.
