LETS TALK ABOUT YOUR TIMELINE.
For all the complaints about the ALGO, you are responsible for what you consume.
Your Twitter (sorry Elon) timeline or feed can be curated to consume what you want.
For a long time I consumed mostly garbage and so I put garbage out. I also wasn’t happy with myself so I also lashed out at people who I felt were fake or full of themselves and presented as helping others. (Read: this is why I’m blocked by some good accounts that I do regret a bit).
But by changing my follows and liking and interacting with good people, my feed has become something I want to consume.

The “put your photo into ChatGPT.. “ posts going around are the most online-boomer shit going
And I love it
Should be a bipartisan issue. Isn’t sadly

“Fiber is worse than alcohol” is a stupid claim and the data contradicts it.
Yes, SOME people have issues with certain fibers. That doesn’t make fiber bad.
Human trials show fiber can actually LOWER circulating endotoxin and inflammatory markers. Fiber also feeds beneficial gut bacteria that produce short-chain fatty acids like butyrate.
Meanwhile alcohol directly damages the liver and is a known human carcinogen.
So the claim that fiber feeds “bad bacteria,” raises endotoxin, destroys your liver and THAT is why you can’t tolerate alcohol?
There simply isn’t human data supporting that chain of claims.
Individual tolerance matters. But overall?
Fiber is a SUPERFOOD. The data overwhelmingly supports eating it.
Fiber is worse than alcohol, but nobody's ready for that conversation.
Fiber feeds the wrong bacteria, they create histamine and endotoxin, both of which inflame you. Over time this destroys liver function (endotoxin hit the liver hard). Then your alcohol tolerance goes to complete shit and you think alcohol is the bad guy.
If poor gut health reinforced by "healthy" foods.

The Bucs-Browns game disappeared. Deshaun kept inexplicably completing passes and launched the fourth quarter into the Bermuda Triangle. It might never come back.
Not too bad. Wouldn’t drink again personally if I’m buying.
but if you like citrus I can see why this one hits for you.
Yikes

If you’re serious about peptides, education comes BEFORE experimentation.
I’ve spent years creating resources to help you understand these compounds, the biology behind them, and how to approach optimization more intelligently.

One of the biggest mistakes I see with peptides?
People assume if something is working, they should just keep taking it indefinitely.
MORE is not always BETTER.
Depending on the peptide and protocol, prolonged exposure can change receptor responsiveness...
Which is why understanding appropriate duration, cycling, and your individual response matters.
I’ve always been strategic about rotating compounds rather than mindlessly staying on everything year-round.
Peptides are powerful tools.
Respect the biology.
Understand the compound.
Have a strategy.
"This doesn't work" (because I've only read the theory and haven't applied it to myself and other people) Not very trustworthy
Vs
"This doesn't work" (I've tried it on myself and other people first, and multiple times, and found that it more often doesn't work than does work)
More trustworthy, not saying 100%, but definitely more trustworthy than the first group
Inevitably, yes
Two groups of the second category will clash:
"This does work" (I've tried it on myself and other people first, and multiple times, and found that it more often works than doesn't, and I've found why it doesn't work in those it doesn't, fixed the why, and now it works)
Vs
"This does work" (I've tried it on myself and other people first, and multiple times, and found that it more often doesn't work than does, but I've haven't found or chosen to find why it doesn't work in those it doesn't)
First group is more willing to find out how it can work for others versus the second group of those who gave up because it's harder
