Waking up and mapping out the day, then realizing your favs all died in the game. So when I have free time and want to write to make myself feel better I keep remembering the dudes I am so lovingly writing about are dead and there will never be anything featuring them again. No new content and within a year everyone involved with bringing them to life (the actors and writers) will have moved on. Hell, one of my favs moved on long ago and actually never seemed into his character in RL (Andrei Nolan). Since I love villains most, I am used to coping with their death but there was something so fucking unceremonious and undignified about their deaths, that it haunts me to the core of my imagination. They were simply squished like insignificant bugs to make way for some random add in. Who also died like nothing. Why did they even make this game with the 141 story line? Were they worried about starting a new game? We will never know. All I know is I keep seeing images and cut scenes of their deaths and am getting more and more discouraged. I will always love Makanolan. But it will inevitably fade since the ship has been canonically sunk due to terrible ends met. I can’t keep trying to grab on to ghosts. I will keep making renders and I will finish this Hunger story but it will be my last Makanolan fic. #makanolan 💔
