We blew past $150m arr, two months after we announced $100m
I’m doing my best right now to think strategically about how to take us to $1b, get there sooner than later.
It’s not easy at all, but I have a great gang to power through it with.
Some surprising learnings -
1. Not much is different between 5m arr - 50m arr - 150m arr.
You still get the best product feedback from users around you / people who feel comfortable with telling you the elaborated truth, no matter how many millions of users you have.
2. Once you have decent traffic, optimizing is really easier at scale - for most experiments we run we already have an answer in 2-3 days, which is really valuable when you’re looking to optimize for product velocity
3. There’s really no need for a large eng team. I thought that by the time we hit $100m run rate we will have to triple the team. We didn’t
4. Adding more features many times results in a worse experience for users, and a cluttered interface. Opening up new use cases for your audience has a much bigger impact as you scale.

New tools can turn publicly available website content into structured data with a single API call.
That’s not a hack - it’s the infrastructure of the AI web.
Your site still needs to convert the person browsing on their phone.
But it also needs to make sense to the agent helping a user compare options in seconds.
We’ve seen this before with video, mobile phones, e-commerce.
The web is evolving again.
It’s getting a second audience that doesn’t use a browser.

מספר שיא של 33 אלף משרות פתוחות קיים בהייטק הישראלי, מספר המשרות הפתוחות לתפקידים לא טכנולוגיים, זינק פי 2.5, כך עולה מדו"ח ההון האנושי בהייטק של SNPI ורשות החדשנות. הצמיחה המשמעותית הייתה בחברות מקומיות שרשמו גידול של כ-14% בעוד שמרכזי המו"פ של חברות רב-לאומיות צמחו בכ-5% בלבד.

Last week we stopped conducting business in Russia.
The Russian gov acts against free media & speech, we will not help them.
Wix supports freedom of speech of Russian citizens.
So the creation of free sites will remain open.
Unless the Russian gov blocks us, we will continue.
